Very fitting material very comfortable wherever I feel comfortable with something my forget I got I got them on

I really enjoy my TBo Underwear! They're very soft, comfortable, and breath well.

The only downsize is they feel like they run slightly big (not in the waist, just everywhere else. They aren't tight to the bum like I prefer. So, they do tend to cause wedgies. This is a problem with the pattern of the garment, rather than the construction and fabric. SO SOFT!

Items their website said were in stock were not actually available. They did not contact me about the problem. They do not have any telephone number, customer service is only via email, which takes several days for them to respond. They finally said which items they could substitute for the out of stock items, and then sent the wrong ones. Twice. It honestly took three months for the order to finally be shipped and received by me, and then it was with items I didn't order. They really need to improve their fulfillment and customer service. So many weeks wait, and so many errors along the way is not a comedy; it is absolutely frustrating!

I'm replacing (slowly) all of my underwear with these! They are cool, don't ride up and comfortable! Texas is hot enough without having underwear adding to the heat! These support without raising the temperature!

I love the clothing, particularly the underwear! I’ve been purchasing now for almost 8 years. The fabric chosen feels natural, it’s breathable, and it hugs the manhood perfectly-not too tight or too lose. Just perfect! Last but not least, the trunk moves as you move. Feels like your natural skin!😃🔥💯

Comfortable and well made. Good job all around!

Tbo is the best underwear I’ve ever had! Smooth and comfortable. No hot crotch. Great colors

Love most of the products, but, sometimes, there's a long wait before they're received.

Absolutely LOVE my Tbo underware.
Perfectly cut. Extremely light and comfortable.

They are very nice and comfortable underwear

Never got my orders… return to warehouse, then you don’t have the item available… no incentive as a customer to stick it out. You suck as a company… I doubt you even exist. Go f$$$ yourselves

Duration of delivery: it took more than 4 Months to finally receive the ordered product.
Customer relations: instead of nocking of some cost from my order for the inconvenience or applying a discount or gift for the long wait, I got vouchers for discounts on future orders (I should have canceled my order and reorder applying those discounts ... would have been smarter)
Quality of the product: it's ok. The size is much smaller than the usual size of general products I use. They are tight, not so comfy, the cut and some of the seams are irritating and right out uncomfortable, the bulge is not very prominent and rather discreet. Overall, the features and quality do not warrent the high price tag. I won't buy these again and would recommend other brands

Awesome fit and feel. The material used is so great and high end. Treat yourself to TBo. An incredible company.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE FIT AND COMFORT WHICH REMAINS THE SAME WASH AFTER WASH ! VERY NICE ! HAVE NO REASON TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE !

Very comfortable. So lightweight. Supportive, top.

Great fit. Good quality material. Sexy style. Love this brand.

Very comfortable but has no front opening.

Great customer service coupled with a great product earns 5 stars from this customer!

first time I have had a problem like this
1. received an order from TBo. There was an error in the order. Have eMailed
TBo and get no response. Would cost more to mail the item back than the
item is worth. Guess I am stuck.
2. There was an error in an order. A discount was not applied. I cancelled the
order but the order was still processed. I refused the package and am still
waiting for the adjustment to be made to my credit card or my TBo account

I love my briefs HOWEVER I think there needs to be elastic in the legs. I'm speaking from experience. I have most of the briefs that you offer.
