I have a set of TaylorMade 2019 M2 irons. The head became loose on both the 8 iron and the Pitching Wedge. They were both sent back to TaylorMade UK for repair. After three months, the head of the 8 iron is loose again. Aside from being very poor repair work, this is incredible dangerous - as a head flying off at high speed could cause a serious accident. Interested to see if TaylorMade reply - or it they are silent on this matter.

Have a one year old Qi35 - as new but when hitting a shotand face started to peel off - - Taylormade no help, can not be repaired. Quality of latest drivers no good, swithing to Titleist

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory, as the company declined to uphold the two-year warranty on defective equipment, despite a 15-year history of brand loyalty and significant financial investment.

Very disappointed In TaylorMade I have played them forever have the 500 dollar our bag all of it tell people how I love the equipment but I have a rescue 5 peeling on the back side of club only 4 years old and doesn’t get hit that much and they just said sorry out of the two year window I spent 2500 on all this but whatever I will not play TaylorMade anymore I know plenty of people in the golf business

J'ai acheté un parapluie Taylormade à Décathlon 70 euros qu'on m'a vendu avec comme argument la solidité! Même pas deux ans et il a cassé ce matin juste avec un petit coup de vent? En ce qui me concerne, je ne ferai plus jamais la bêtise d'acheter un parapluie à ce prix, alors que le parapluie inesis de 15 euros 3 ans et toujours fonctionnel.

N’achète pas ce drivers, sur la génération précédente il y a un défaut de conception et au bout de 2 années la face se détache de la semelle et votre drivers et inutilisables. Après avoir contacté le service client la réponse est la suivante vous avez dépassé la date de garantie. Mais là nous parlons d’un défaut de conception mais pas de défaut d’utilisation. Conclusion ne pas acheter de drivers de même catégorie.

I purchased a TM23 premium Golf bag in DEC 24 and the warranty ran out DEC 25.. by January of this year I noticed the Inner wall (main Tube) of the bag was collapsing in several places and i now am struggling to get clubs in and the Plastic (I assume) tube has collapsed in. I notified where I purchased the bag and they agreed and forwarded the claim to Taylormade Pacific where it was denied ..Out of 12 months warranty... the bag is becoming useless as the walls collapse in and now clubs are snagging to get in and out.

To their credit the Vendor in Australia has given me a 100$ gift card .. and I appreciate that, but doesnt help when a supposed Premium Taylormade bag collapses in on itself,

Ordered a putter well in time for Christmas. Received an email 5 days before the big day stating that due to a technical issue at their end the payment hadn't gone through and I needed to do a BACS transfer instead. No apology, no discount, just an ask for me to pay and that the order would of course be late. It was so amateurish I thought it was a scam, but seemingly this is the level of customer service. Poor.

Ordered item Dec 6, we’re the 29th and still not delivered. Can’t talk to anyone, no one cares. TM is blaming UPS, UPS blames TM for not providing correct shipping labelling details, and I still don’t have the gift I ordered. Again, no one at TM gives a damn…they just hide behind keyboards and all you can do is message with a chatbot. worst customer service and experience! They probably won’t care about that either!

Stealth hd driver is just over 2 years old therefore out of TM manufacturer warranty period, has developed yellow spots under the carbon fibre face. I contacted taylormade customer services to request repair of the face or replacment of the head as I am concerned the yellow spots may be weaknesses in the face that might develop later and are also aesthetically ugly. The customer care person had no intention of assisting me with any kind of redress, replacement or repair. They trot out their limited manufacturing warranty chat. They cheekily offered me 30% off a brand new Qi35 driver at more than £500. I refused this paltry offer and advised them I would never again purchase from them as a company that does not care about customer satisfaction or backup their relatively new carbon face technology. This was my first large purchase from TaylorMade and regrettably my last.

Had a fitting at American Golf on 28th Feb 2023 for a set of irons.
Went with Taylormade P-790's 5-PW, graphite shafts. Received them around 6-8 weeks later.
Noticed a couple of weeks ago the graphite shafts on 2 of the irons are splitting just by the heads.
Contacted Taylormade customer services and they said nothing they could do as the warranty expired in April this year.
They suggested I go back to AG to get the shafts replaced. AG want £120 per shaft to replace which if I replace all six shafts it is not a cheap option.
I contacted Taylormade again explaining the cost thinking they may be sympathetic and explaining it does not say much for the quality of the shafts if they are failing after 2.5 years.
Has anybody else had anything similar happen and what was the outcome please.

Bought a stealth just over 3years ago. After two years and within warranty fibre glass strand broke on front. Taylor Made replaced it with QI 10. Less than a year and half later face on QI10 dislodged itself from its holding. Replacements not under any warranty. May be Taylor Made but not Well Made. Choose another make if you want a longer lasting driver

Made an order on 9th September, have sent 3 emails requesting an update on my order and its whereabouts but with no reply, Company has taken my money and failed to deliver, Don’t purchase from this company

I have had a Sim 2 Max driver for 3 yrs. Gifted to me for retirement. 2 weeks ago the carbon fiber piece on the top of the head separated from the body. I called and spoke to CS. Since I had it for 3 yrs and warranty is only 2 there is nothing they will do. I looked online and it is a KNOWN issue, yet there isn't anything they will do. Taylor made isn't interested in customer just the almighty dollar. Well I for one won't buy another taylormade product. Even getting rid of my taylormade putter.

My golf bag broke on 5th hole, embarrassingly and painfully had to carry it round the rest of the course. Only lightly used and not overloaded, it failed 1year 2months after purchase. Poor workmanship and quality, no apology, they just stated warranty had expired so they would not do anything to help, shows the sign of the company, no pride or attention to quality. Disappointing and poor customer service. There’s a reason all these reviews are so low, I won’t be buying Taylormade again.

I bought a Stealth 2 driver about two years ago. Today, the back of my head cracked. Since I believe it's a structural problem, I've returned the driver to the store where I purchased it. The owner of the store in Almancil (near Faro, Portugal) told me he'll contact the representative to have the driver examined by the TaylorMade technical center. I hope TaylorMade recognizes the structural defect because I've only hit golf balls with the driver and nothing else.

Was custom fitted for a new set of Sim2 irons and driver. I've always had TaylorMade for over 30 years ... until now. The driver cracked after 3.5 years and the plastic cover on the hozel came adrift on the irons. All the other ones I've had previously have been fine but these....stay well away. My new driver will NOT be TaylorMade.

IK heb een golftas gekocht van Taylormade. Geen goedkope maar ik dacht een kwaliteitsproduct gekocht te hebben. Na 13 maanden gaan de naden van de opbergruimte voor de clubs scheuren. Melding gemaakt bij winkelier. Deze geeft aan "Slijtage". Repareert de naden via een schoenmaker(!) . Melding gemaakt bij TM Europa. Geen reactie (!!) en ook TM Amerika. En wat geven zij aan : SLIJTAGE. Echt meer dan schandalig dat een bedrijf als TaylorMade op deze manier reageert en zelf daardoor aangeeft dat ze echt rotzooi verkopen. Vooral het niet beantwoordden van vragen is erg storend. Dus voor mij nooit meer Taylormade.

Do not buy these clubs! They do not honour the guarantee! My husband bought a full set just over 12 months ago. He plays 9 holes most weeks with the occasional 18 holes and some practice in the driving range.
He was using the driver in the driving range 2 weeks ago, and the face of the club broke and fell off. The manufacturers have refused to honour the guarantee, saying its not covered. This is extremely poor customer service.

One of the worst company to purchase from & the worst in customer service relationships!
I returned my golf golf club within the one month return policy, but never my refund, had to dispute charges with my credit card company. I do not & will not buy from TaylorMade again new on line, and will not recommend to anyone buying from there website! buy from ebay used, like new equipments, they have better customer service & return policy than TaylorMade.com!!
