Taylor Emmet Anmeldelser

I have just completed a transfer of equity with Taylor & Emmet and they made it quick and simple. I dealt with James Wong and Anna Mack, both were knowledgeable and helpful. They made the process less stressful for me as paperwork is not my favourite thing, but also helped me understand the wordy legal stuff. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The entire team were really friendly, professional and efficient and kept in touch regularly so I was up to date every step of the way. The portal was really great too, secure and easy to use, no printing and posting here! Couldn't believe how quick and easy the process was, really do recommend Taylor Emmett very highly and have already passed their details on to friends and family. If you're in the market for conveyancing, look no further!

Very professional and friendly all the way through the sale kept me informed and when I got in touch by email they answered me straight away
Would definitely use them again and I have used them before too

I have both bought and sold my property using Taylor emmett each time. My experience has been brilliant each time. The process has been so easy and plain sailing never having to chase anything up and if I sent any emails i would get a response within 24 hours. I recommend Taylor and emmett highly and will use again in the future. Danielle and Lindsey I can't thank you enough for making what is meant to be a stressful process so easy and straight forward.

Dealt with my buyer's side on a sale. Extremely prompt and sound legal knowledge

Jessica kept us informed of the sale and what was needed on our part on a regular basis either by phone or email.
This efficiency helped move the sale along and we completed within three months.

My experience with Rob Moor was Excellent. I had a problem with Bank and with his help we dealt with it amicably. He is so knowledgeable that we recommend him highly. Thank you Rob Moor.

The service was excellent. Thank you. Just the right balance of communication over the few months of the process too. Very efficient and informed.

Thank you to Jessica Beverage who was most impressive and pleasent to work with.

Taylor Emmet came highly recommended, and certainly lived up to the expectations in both the purchase of our new house and the sale of the old house. The purchase and sale were separated by about 10 months. We were kept well informed of progress on both while they were active.

No information given.
No update on sale activity.
When I rang everyone seemed so busy and under pressure, they had no time for us.
We were dealing with junior and inexperienced members of staff. Never the main one.
In fact when we had completed and I put in a complaint, I think from memory that was my only phone call from her.
The junior staff seemed to be running like blue tailed flies.
I explained right at the beginning that we had bought and sold in excess of 12 properties. We were not IT experts and could we just sit down and you explain everything instead of everything being done online.
The request was ignored.
It was the worst buying and selling experience we had ever had.
I definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Used Taylor Emmet twice before but never the conveyancing department. A very strong start which went downhill for various reasons. Challenging and condescending conversations about solar panels which proved the info provided was the right info, numerous requests for info already provided ie marriage certificate, solar panel, identity info etc emails arrived late into the day and phone alls were often unanswered, told would be looked after by assistant conveyancer when main one was on holiday only to find out they were both on holiday at the same time! Finding out more from sellers estate agents and them going the extra mile rather than our team picking up the phone to the sellers solicitors. Appreciate they have more than one case on their books but they need to manage their time better and improve how they communicate with everyone

Jessica was spot on and exactly what you need when selling a house. She kept us up to date, responded quickly to everything and explained each step. Thank you, Jessica. We are totally pleased with everything.

The team was extremely efficient and delivered everything promptly and closed out sale within 2 months. The communication throughout the process was the best I’ve ever experienced for a property transaction. I’d definitely recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to use the team again.

A very professional and efficient service by Sally Todd and Elise at Taylor & Emmet. They were always very prompt at replying to phone calls and emails. Effectively chased our buyers solicitor when they were delaying. Taylor & Emmet have good relationship with Saxton Mee estate agents so both parties kept each other up to date at all times. Would highly recommend Sally and her team.

Lines of communication were good mainly by quick response to my telephone contact. Information regarding possessory title, and land registry confusion caused unnecessary stress & we feel was resolved by vendors intervention & more positive approach by their solicitor.

Highly recommend Taylor Emmet. Communication was excellent which made a house selling process far less stressful than what i was expecting. Would definitely be my go to company if needed in the future.

You employ helpful proactive people with who a good working relationship can be built.
Makes any difficult transactions so much easier!

Elsa was great. Kept us updated and got everything sorted as quickly as she could

We were really pleased with the service from Taylor Emmet. Communication was excellent, the fees were very reasonable, and the online platform was simple to use. We were especially impressed by the solicitors’ proactive approach. Will definitely recommend them.

Utterly terrible
Was told they could represent us and led to think everything was in order and was then dropped as a client without any prior indication and without reason being given.
