Professional Service from start to finish.
All personnel friendly and knowledgeable.
Faultless for me…

We used Taylor Emmet to hit and sell a properly, we could not be happier with the service from the team we had. I have already recommended Taylor Emmet to friends.

The Conveyancing team were superb throughout. Sally and Sarah pulled out all the stops to make sure that the process was as easy and stress free as possible.

Team Alderson supported with mine and my partner's purchase of our first property. The team were friendly and efficient, guiding us through each step of the process. They also helped to chase up the seller's solicitors whenever there were any aspects that were causing delays. Team Wong also supported with creating a Declaration of Trust for the Property at short notice which ensured that our purchase was not delayed.

Taylor & Emmet handled the conveyancing on 2 properties I have sold recently. This was undertaken in a professional manner, I was kept informed of all steps along the way, the timescale was managed well and communication was always friendly. I would definitely recommend them if considering a solicitor for property transactions.

Being able to talk directly to our solicitors who helped and guided us every step of the way through a very tricky sale and purchase made the whole process easier to cope with. They went above and beyond to help us.

I received really good and prompt professional service. Communication was very clear throughout.

We recently used Taylor Emmet for the purchase of our first home, and we had a great experience. The team made everything feel straightforward.

A huge thank you to Sarah Gaunt and Bronya Blake, who were both great throughout. They were always friendly, professional, and incredibly proactive, keeping everything moving and making sure we were kept informed at every stage. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, which gave us confidence throughout the process.

What impressed us most was the speed at which they dealt with everything. Communication was excellent, responses were prompt, and it always felt like our purchase was being actively progressed rather than left waiting.

We genuinely appreciated all of their support, and we’re grateful for everything they did to help us buy our first home. We would recommend Taylor Emmet to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly conveyancing team.

They made the process so simple and quick. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend to everybody to use there services

A very helpful introduction to what was going to happen and what to expect.
I was kept informed throughout.
When I couldn't speak to someone straight away , I left a message and the call was returned as soon as possible.
Instructions were made clear and transparent.
I was made to feel I was in very good, competent hands.
I would definitely recommend Taylor Emmet.

A thoroughly professional and helpful service was provided for 3 different matters - probate, house purchase and house sale. Would recommend.

One of TE staff came to our home on occasions as necessary to complete our new wills and powers of attorney and all was completed smoothly and in good time.

Almost impossible to contact by phone. Conveyancing very slow

Taylor Emmet are an amazing professional company!
They are reassuring, knowledgeable and do not 'over egg the pudding'! Explaining processes in uncomplicated English and lay out exactly how processes are going to work. They actually answer emails, phone calls and organise teams meetings in record time. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, hopefully we will never need their services again but if we needed a law firm, they would be the first and only ones we would call!

Lucy was fantastic and very helpful when she was dealing with my late aunts estate , i would go back to tayol emmet again if i was closer to them

The Team were excellent, thorough, prompt, and patient. All questions were answered thoroughly and 'they had our back' at the point of completion of the property sale/purchase when the process got tense and complicated. Thank you.
