AVOID these scammers they have took 999 euro of my tax rebate took 30% yet still not give me my 699 euro after telling me 2 to 4 working days its been a week still no payment, animals! Can anybody advise me wot to do ive booked a appointment fri at revenue please email me peterdunne this would of been very welcome b4 Christmas as i have a young family

I did not give permission for this crowd to change my revenue details to their own!!! They kept telling me they didn’t receive any of my money so WEEKS later and after countless emails threatening to send solicitor letter down to them, they eventually sent me over 700 of my €1000. Absolute scammers how have they not been shut down! AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Not sure where to begin who to talk to. I find out I was due €300 May not much for some people but it is mine. I didn’t even realise I signed up online tax rebate thingy and my money went to theirs. I sent bunch of emails and got only 2 replies saying they sent me payment portal link that I cannot see. It kinda makes me feel stupid. But they don’t talk to you in human level to explain or nothing. Who should I talk to now? Anyone go to policy or anything?

Thanks so much. I have actually emigrated and got an email from you telling me I had funds to claim. I wouldn’t have thought of it beforehand. I am actually in between jobs at the moment so am delighted to get the sum. 😃

I got a new agency to do my tax but my money was sent to this crowd my mistake now there telling me they have no money and won't even check there SCAMMERS DO NOT USE

This company advises that it will help you obtain tax back but all they do is log into your revenue.ie and change the banking details to theirs.
You will forget that you even signed up to this and when you process your tax back the payment will go to their bank account and then charge you 30% for simply passing the money to your bank account.
3 months in, 33 emails and no response in 3 weeks.
just emailed all TD's in longford to highlight this scam.
Next - I am going to the small claims court

Was due 6590 back and only received 4000 back, won't reply to emails, don't know how they got my details from revenue to send my rebate to them, I'm currently taking them to court

Didn't notify they had my money in account for 6 weeks. Have no phone number to contact them directly. Charge 30% when rest charge 10%. I won't be doing any tax rebates again removing them immediately.

If I could give zero I would. It appears this company is scan avoid at all cost. 2024 tax return should have been up to nearly €2000 and got nothing back from them. When I queried they put me on the long finger and then just stopped replying to emails.

Revenue sent 400€ last November to them got nothing back.... No reply after 6 email
Revenue should not forward Bank Draft knowing all the complaints from other customers encluding myself

If I could put 0 stars I would have. I had signed up to them a few years ago but never actually used their services. I only realised that they had changed my IBAN on revenue to their IBAN after I tried to claim rent tax back about three months ago. I got an email from them saying they had my tax rebate and so I filled out my details and hoped that I would get atleast some of my tax back. I am still waiting two months later for my refund. They have stopped replying to my emails. There is no phone number to contact. It is genuinely a scam and please do not use this service.

Can anyone please help me here , they’re not responding my emails at all , i just want to get my money back of them , its been 3 months they don’t response at all , or if anybody could share an office address or a phone number please

this company needs to be removed . they are nothing but rip off artists . i told them i would be in there office in the next 2 days if it wasnt sorted out . surprise surprise the proper email arrived . for my claim . i will be letting the government auditors and revenue know .time to shut them down .

Do not use this company never answer emails despite having sent over several that it's urgent. They take your money even though they don't do the work. Please be careful

Emailing them for the past 3 weeks and continuing to get a automated computer response about uploading documents. I have uploaded the requested documents roughly 20 times so far. I'm unsure if there is an issue with my documents because nobody gets back to you when you email. Totally in breach of their own terms and conditions, probably hoping people give up chasing their rebate so they can increase their profit. Absolutely appalling. 0 customer service.

This COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

I don't record signing up with them, they did my tax back without even knowing my expenses. I have sent emails multiple times and i got 0 reply.
