taxez was launched with a mission to provide superior accountancy and taxation services at a substantially lower cost. We are a rapidly expanding UK based firm of online accountants who service businesses and individuals across the UK. As an online firm, our costs are much lower than high street accountants who have additional costs such as receptionists and expensive high street offices. Our lower costs combined with an efficient paperless workflow means we can set unbeatably low prices. In fact, our prices are often found to be 75% - 90% less than our competition. You will be allocated your own experienced chartered accountant who will answer your accountancy and tax related questions and ensure all work is completed accurately before filing. Get timely answers to your queries for no extra cost. Our accountants monitor inboxes for urgent emails to which we reply immediately! We aim to reply to all non-urgent queries within 1 - 2 working days. Bookkeeping software such as FreeAgent, Xero and QuickBooks typically costs £300+ per year. Unlike other firms, we do not require you to buy or use any bookkeeping software. We know bookkeeping software is expensive, draining to learn and time consuming to use. At taxez, as part of our business package we offer to produce your accounts from your business bank transactions alone (which can be downloaded easily via online banking, then uploaded securely to our document portal). In fact this is our preferred method as it ensures your accounts are prepared accurately while saving you hours of bookkeeping and reducing your costs. Even if you are VAT registered (obligating you to follow the Making Tax Digital rules) if you prefer not to wrestle with bookkeeping software, we can file your VAT information to HMRC via our simple spreadsheet. Our experienced chartered accountants will claim all available allowances for you and provide advice on how to operate as tax efficiently as possible. We know what services you need as a small business owner and we know your concerns. That's because we specialise in satisfying the accountancy needs of small businesses and our team of accountants have a wealth of experience working with small businesses just like yours. We're human too, so we like to treat our clients how we want to be treated. We keep our communication personalised, light hearted and in plain English. All information shared with us, stays with us. We provide a secure two-way document sharing portal for the secure transfer of sensitive documents and our internal policies and processes ensures your data is kept safe. Our success relies on winning client loyalty year after year. Therefore building strong client relationships and providing a great service is essential to us, and our rapid growth is a testament to our ability to consistently deliver a professional service every year. As a paperless practice, the work we do is electronically prepared, stored and filed. Not only does this reduce cost, improve efficiency and increase data security, it reduces deforestation, air/water pollution, landfill waste and consumption of chemicals, water and energy for the manufacture of paper.

Taxez have been excellent throughout

Taxez have been excellent throughout. Ayesha, in particular, has been outstanding — ensuring all accounting was completed promptly and accurately, with consistently clear and proactive communication.

The service has also been very cost-effective, offering great value without compromising on quality or responsiveness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taxez to anyone looking for reliable and professional accounting support.

Outstanding Support from Nauman at Taxez

I had an excellent experience working with Nauman at Taxez Online Accountants. My self‑assessment was completed at very short notice after several of my previous employers delayed sending over my P60s. Despite this, Nauman was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They waited patiently while I gathered everything together and then completed the return within minutes of me providing the final documents.

The online platform was straightforward and easy to use, and every email I sent was answered quickly and clearly. The whole experience felt effortless and completely hassle‑free thanks to Nauman’s professionalism and calm approach.

Thank you again for all your help - it made a stressful situation so much easier.

Great service for a great low price.

This was my first time using this firm after a recommendation from a family member. The whole process was completed through email and their online portal, which made everything easy and hassle-free. Hammad, my account manager, was very helpful and responsive, answering all my questions quickly. Great service at a low fee — I would definitely use them again.

Hammad does some excellent work

Hammad who has been my assigned accountant has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue I encountered when HMRC revised my already submitted self assessment which incurred additional tax without any explanation and sent a request for immediate payment. Hes guidance and direction helped me understand what had happened and why.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I have been using for 2-3 years now and never had an issue. This for my personal self assessment as well as Ltd Company. Highly recommend and will continue to use going forward.
