You can actually talk with someone
You can actually talk with someone! My tax return kept getting rejected. As it turns out TurboTax added a form that was irrelevant and unnecessary. It also cost me more in taxes. Getting help on how to resolve the problem from TurboTax or the ITS was futile. Tax expert now helped me resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee.

Kevin finally gave me useful information regarding who to call (with phone numbers) within IRS to help me with my problem. None of the other so called experts did anything except ask the same questions over and over again and just kept giving me the run around. They should take lessons from Kevin. High praise to Kevin and he should be commended for that.
