The team at Taxback has been really helpful organizing my tax return for me, very clear in the explanations, replying to the emails on time, they gave me the reassurance about getting the money that corresponded back and the transfer was made much ahead of the time they foresaw it would happen. I couldn't recommend their services enough

Lisa was fantastic. She looked after everything for me and even gave me quick bell to find out was there anything else I could clam for and an update as to where the clam is at. Altogether a great service and most importantly the after care 100% answer my email ASAP not alot of company's do it anymore .... keep up the great work guys 😁

I think they listen to all and i know that they are doing their job well.

Though, I'm not in Australia yet , i believe that with them and their platform i will surely overcome all my limitations .

Without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Decided to use taxback.com to do my tax returns for the last 4 years as I thought it might be easier and quicker if they did it. I was 100% wrong. I first contacted taxback.com in January and I finally got some returns the middle of May even though I supplied them with all the relevant documentation in time when requested. It was not an issue with revenue either as taxback.com failed to forward on the documentation required by revenue. Once they had, revenue was very quick to process and sent on the returns. They continually fobbed me off when I enquired. They seem to have a couple of different call centres located in different coutries all providing different information. Very poor company to deal with and you would be definately better off claiming your returns yourself. And its only a 10% fee on their behalf if the returns for any given year is above €400. Otherwise a flat fee and admin charges apply at a much higher percentage rate. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I am really upset! I am claiming a tax refund from UK since almost 1 year already, I did all the documentation needed with my account manager, and she said that the timeframe given was by the 4th April. Today is the 19 May and, despite all my emails, she always said that they need to contact the tax office or some other excuses. I am tired of waiting and I am starting to wonder if this is a scam.

This website is very good, fast, efficient and without bureaucracy.

Al principio muy atentos y al pendiente ya se acercaba fin del mes de abril y tube problemas en tramitar un documento en mi localidad y al mandarlo por e-mail y no recibo repuesta lo mandé por correo postal y hay una demora en llegar a Perú y pregunto ala página taxcack y a la agente fanny como va el proceso y no recibo repuesta alguna. Malo malo malo me arrepiento tendre que solicitar ayuda al gobierno de Canadá y el abogado por esta empresa.

Taxback is a good firm which works closely with client on 1 to 1 basis. They are patient enough to clarify our doubts. Only challenge at times I feel is reachability because of no direct phone contact at the initial phase. But once we repond quickly to their queries and details, things gets faster. It also work closely to find various options on how to INCREASE returns. Recently I collaborated with Taxback for my 1 year return, and it was estimated to approx 700Euro returns, but on further consultations and discussions, my return was estimated to be 1000Euro. They also worked on the past year return, where I failed to submit a few bills in my previous filing. Overall, I am very, very satisfied and would recommend that Taxback is a better option anytime .

Very quick and helpful service, even when the tax situation was complicated. I now use Tax back every year.
