Steer clear of these folks as they will claim they are trying to contact you and get paperwork but never answer calls and no resolution. They will then terminate your case and ask for more money to reopen and will not give you a refund as they have done nothing. It seems as though I am no alone in this as I have read many reviews like mine. You definitely are not God fearing people as you claim to do folks this way.

I can't believe I am saying this - but I am glad that I was audited by the IRS a couple of years ago! Yes, of course, it was stressful. Getting an audit letter from the IRS is how nightmares begin. However, without the audit, I likely would not have heard or hired Tax Tiger. I did contact a few other tax attorneys prior to finding Tax Tiger, and they all just seemed disingenuous. That was not the case with Tax Tiger - Brittany at Tax Tiger greatly helped me in dealing with the audit itself by patiently walking me through the entire process, which saved me big time! I gave them what I had and followed their direction. It worked out great. She also has been superb in handling my yearly tax filings for the last 2 years. This place should be getting 10 stars! 5 just isn't enough. Kudos to Tax Tiger as a whole for great communication and a special thanks to Brittany for her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. My husband and I reached out to TAX Tiger due to not filing in the past few years. We was very pleased when Kathy Hill called back and done a conference call with both of us and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable with the laws. We gave her all our information and she gave us a quote and there was no added fees later on. Brittany Krueger was assigned to our case and she was awesome. I had a few questions come up along the way and she would get right back with me. Ended up we got refunds on three years out of four but she went over it all and explained about the penalties. We are all caught up and the stress is gone. I would recommend this group to anyone. We was treated great and will continue to use them. If you have a tax issue we highly recommend TAX Tiger.

I wasn’t able to get their services at this time, but they were honest with me to explain that my case would not be something that would benefit me and they wouldn’t to advantage of me, the representative was upfront and honest- didn’t try to “sell me “ but actually wanted to give me good advice tailored for my situation and actually help. I would recommend giving them a call. Was honest with the cost , policy’s etc. good experience

The Team at Tax Tiger have been great to work with starting from Day 1 when we arrived for our consultation with Ms. Julia Dunbar. Julia was direct and informational about our situation. She was confident they could help us get caught up and/or do amendments where necessary.
The staff are responsive and knowledgeable.
Once we determined Tax Tiger was who we needed to move forward with and julia took over, the intimidating letters from the IRS stopped.
Much of my contact was with Monika, (awesome) and our tax preparer Alondra (also awesome). The process seemed daunting at first but became easier with each step. I don't plan on leaving this well-rounded group of professionals.

Tax Tiger helped us navigate and resolve our tax issues that began in 2018. So there were many communication challenges during the pandemic but Tax Tiger team sorted through it and handled the paperwork finally eliminating some of the initial IRS fines.

Kathy and her staff are exceptional at their profession.
Not only did they remove my Federal Tax Lien of over 200k, resulting in a zero balance due with no conditions at all.
In addition,1 year later, they were able to completely remove a State tax lien
of over 70k with the FTB . Which is almost an impossibility in the State of California.
I am disabled and would have never been able to re-pay this debt. I am so grateful to Tax Tiger. Although, I know it was the hard work of the entire staff, I am especially thankful to Kathy, Cameron and Kelly for all their hard work and dedication. They have literally changed my life as well as my family.
In addition, I must say in my humble opinion, that Kathy is the epitome of what a real Christian should be. I have recommended friends and extended family to her business.
