I just received the Kofod Larsen Armchair and Edris Coffee Table, they made sure they prioritized my delivery before Christmas because I’m going on holiday and they absolutely saved that day, amazing service!

absolute scam. all images ripped off from the internet. no products remotely like the images. steer clear of these low like con artists

After what has seemed like forever our furniture has arrived, the quality is absolutely horrific.

- The wood is all split.
- the leather has been damaged / ripped / and then glued back together.
- nothing is the same colour.

These guys are absolute con artists there videos are AI, they have disabled all Instagram comments.

I ordered the Beatrix Armchair and Ovula coffee table and they were in perfect condition so happy… worth the wait

i just received the Togo Sofa, i was skeptical because i ordered a few togo sofas from other companies before, and they were all not high quality, this togo sofa from tavolo arrived in amazing quality and im soo happy with the real leather and feel, thanks so much guys!

Absolutely amazing, the furniture at Tavolo is so different, designs are lovely - The chairs & ottoman arrived in perfect condition and I’m super happy with them, will definitely be purchasing more for Black Friday!

I ordered a couch, it took a while as they make to order but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. Very cosy large couch. I recommend!

I ordered two chairs 3 months ago. Everytime i enquire where they are they tell me they are being shipped and will be with me in 3 weeks. I think its a chat gpt response . They always come from 'Emma'. I have asked for a refund and now no one responds. This website is a scam. It needs taking down. I feel utterly stupid. I am now working with my bank to try and get my money back.

Defective chairs sent, eventually picked up by Tavolo after they failed to deliver replacements. I never got a refund and eventually got the credit card company to refund me. AVOID!

I ordered from Tavolo against my better judgement as the customer service team told me they’d be able to deliver my order within a specific time frame and changed my payments terms because I was sceptical about the reviews of the business.

I’ve gone past the given deadline I was given for delivery, then got told in 10 days time my order would be dispatched and now randomly after me chasing the business for 7 days I’ve been told my order has been delayed a further two weeks. Again struggling to get a response from the business.

All the reviews seem to be true, they’re quick to respond prior to you ordering, once they take your money they are a pain in the neck to get hold of and well as for the quality of the furniture I will probably never know. I’ve just been sent a generic picture of a wooden sofa frame - which let’s be honest could be from anytime of the year.

Whether I shall ever see the furniture or my money again who knows! Do yourself a favour, don’t give this business your time of day or take a chance on them because it will bite you back.

This company never delivered our furniture. Kept making excuses as to why. 6 months the later still no furniture. We managed to get a refund via our credit card company.

The crazy thing is - they reached out to us and offered my wife 200 pounds to remove the review off here. Unreal and unscrupulous.

I see now, it is definitely a scam then! I see loads of people in the same situation. Over 12 weeks, no delivery and no refund!!

Highest quality products, great customer service and can't beat the price. Thank you for delivering the furniture for my home. Will 100% recommend to my friends and family and order future products for my business.

The Sofas that arrived are so comfortable and cozy, kids love them, workmanship is top notch and can really feel the quality behind it, the bedside table came with a customised walnut veneer on top as promised, that really improved how it looks!

Guys absolutely stay away from this company. Delivery date kept being pushed back every 4 weeks, no furniture was ever built & nothing ever arrived. Complete scam !!!!!!! Beware

We ordered a sofa in April and it was meant to be delivered in 6-8 weeks since the day of the purchase. Communication at the beginning was good- the sales person was very quick with their responses.

However closer to the due delivery communication was becoming less frequent with longer wait time for a response.

Long story short we waited 4 months for the sofa to be delivered and each time asked when the sofa is going to be delivered the response always was ‘in matter of days’. They were unable to give me an exact date or a tracking number.

I had no chance but report this company in order to get my refund back.

Please be careful when ordering from this company.

I started the process on the 20th on March like the woman below. I was told delivery would be 6-8 weeks. 20 weeks later, I still dont have my goods - I have been promised over and over that "the delivery team will be intouch" and they never have rang once.
I dont have the goods, My messages are Ignored. They dont have a company landline number, and they tell you when you try to call - that their whatsapp does not receive calls, which is absolute nonsense.
I have a full log of my communications with them if anyone would like to reach out. Consumer watchdog has been contacted and Im filling with my credit card company.
This company is a complete scam.

Please be warned, buy elsewhere and save yourself months (and I mean months) of hassle and worry. I first checked on ETA for delivery a few week after ordering 2 chairs in (wait for it) March 2025. I was told 5-7 wks, they’re hand made etc etc. I waited 8 wks before chasing again. “Good news, they’re ready to be shipped” I’m told, “just another 4 weeks and you’ll have them”. I chase after 4 weeks and I’m told that the courier will contact me. Guess what, they don’t. By now I’m insisting on a refund and it prompts them to spin a new story that “because of the recent war” the container has been held for inspection, out of our hands, blah blah. I feel gutted as by now, I’m thinking my £1k is lost and no chairs will ever turn up. Until I remember I paid for them via credit card. I raised a charge back with my provider (who were amazing) and was credited the amount back in 2 weeks. Tavolo have tried to contact me to reverse the charge back as the container is out of quarantine and the chairs are so close to being mine. As you can well imagine, I have just ignored them. Read the 1 star reviews over any others on here would be my tip…
