I ordered two pairs of shorts from Taviora London, listing website photos, they looked great.But later that day of buying and paying with Paypal, my daughter warned me it was a "Drop Shipping " company ,and had no London Store ,the company is a fraudulant scam.• Actual Business Address: Keizersgracht 220, 1017 EK Amsterdam, Netherlands (operated by Healing B.V.).which is false.
• Fulfillment/Shipping: Orders are typically shipped from fulfillment centers in locations like Hong Kong ,mainland China, rather than a London storefront.
Beware you get early response from Olivia (probably AI.)Who, or it ,promises a refund will be in your Paypal account in Two Days ,this is delaying tactics,It doesnt get paid back ,so you send more emails and they appologise,Theyvoffer you a siscount, we are busy etc, but its now been actioned as your refunded full amount ,In the meantime I raised a case with Paypal,who asked all the information and it stood pending for 16 days ,then the Taviora shorts arrived ,They are junk and nothing like the ones I ordered and shown on my invoice photos,I fed all this extra information to Paypal ,but they came down in favour of Taviora, because the firm had confirmed delivery via Royal Mail.( they had collected from uk customs not the fictitious London Store),Regarding Paypal they ignored all the extra emails and refund promises i had provided)Presumably because its all automated )
The good news is, I raised a chargeback through my Barclays banks debit card account and they took everything on board and paid a full refund .But Taviora London.com ,still carries on scamming buyers.Just do a Google search.

1st they offer you 50% of the item if you write a review here, then your told its 50% of your next item. I received my item after weeks which I paid over £100 and it looks like something off temu as its definitely flown from China.

I asked for a return but the company tell me I need to send them all measurements of the length waist etc. And a photo of me in the jacket. I said I wasnt able to do this so unfortunately they couldn't accept my refund. The website says 35 days return policy. Absolute Scam please dont order.

Posting again to warn anyone considering ordering from this website. Don't - it is a scam and please read reviews under Traviora as the Trustpilot listing for that company has the same website as Tavioralondon.

The goods you eventually receive will be nothing like you ordered. They will go silent if you contact them about returns and refunds. You might eventually get a response and be provided a return address in the USA - simple Google research will identify it is not as a Traviora processing warehouse but a UPS postal shop in Los Angeles.

The company details they provide on their website are fake. There is no company registered either in the UK or The Netherlands with their name or trading name Healing BV , and the registered company address provided on their website is a place of worship in Amsterdam - Traviora trading as HEALING BV, Keizersgracht 220, 1016DZ AMSTERDAM (note I've used the correct postcode for 220 Keizersgracht as the one on their website is incorrect).

I've referred the matter to my bank to recover my money via the charge back process and will also be reporting the matter to trading standards.

Bought a 3piece suit from this store and it has been nothing but hell since placing my order.
First of all, I was given my tracking number and my order was coming all the way from china! What was supposed to be 3 day delivery was actually 2-3 weeks and no where whilst ordering did it say that this is where my order would be coming from.
The suit itself was very very poor quality for the price and looks like it has come from temu or SHEIN.
On top of this only 2/3 pieces of the suit arrived and after so much back and forth with the company’s awful customer service, I’m left £100 out of pocket and an awful suit I cannot return because I refuse to pay the £25 return fee.
I was offered a 50% refund and to keep the suit which I accepted but 3 weeks later, I’m yet to see the refund and the company has stopped responding to my emails!

In the end I’ve just had to dispute this purchase with my bank which thankfully they where on my side and the lovely woman I spoke to at the bank informed me that I am not the first she has heard about to have purchased form this company and then had to do a charge back.

Once again, AVOID at all costs! You can get much better quality from Amazon for £60

the goods are shipped from china, are poor quality & in my case do not fit!
There is no returns address on their website & in response to request for this information I am getting Chatbot “holding” answers.

Buying was easy but not sure there is a UK address and returns policy looks quite restrictive. Hope a return would not have to go to China.

Wasn't very clear that returns would need to go overseas from the UK, so was very expensive.
