Fraud company not return money after return

The worst e commerce platform. No authentic service provided by customer care. Just a waste of money. A third class and fake app and website. A slap on the name of Tata. They never refund the money. Nor return the product. Only fake promises.

Ordered sneakers. The item reached destination city but never reached us. Complaints evoked lame responses like our team is looking into the matter. Finally they initiated refund after 9 days of order. The occasion of purchase was missed. Pathetic.

I am chasing tatacliq sone last 12 days for pickup my return but my product not picked up.custiner care department making fool.
My money has been stuck..

I purchased a product from on date 18th July from @tatacliqluxury app, and then returned the product on 21st July. I've returned the product and it has been more than 2 weeks. I've not received my refund yet. For which I had reached on their through mail & their official app on playstore review, even tried to call them more than 20+ times. And I've been frustrated with your service and after purchase service.

Absolutely horrible experience shopping with them. Their delivery for a high value item (supposed to be a birthday gift) is delayed by 7 days and the customer support is responsive. Their staple response is that it is out of their hands. They provided a number for the delivery partner, which says invalid phone number.

If you care about delivery and customer support, i recommend any platform but this to spend your money on

Worst customer service ever, in the name of luxury they are not even giving standard services!!
Nobody picks up the phn at customer service for hours and even website itself has no solutions.
Pls dont spend money on this platform. I had purchased a gift card which never arrived on my email ID and phone number- have been trying to call them since 1 week but no resolution.

Held my money for a full week, let me miss every other competitor sale, and then canceled on the exact day it was supposed to land on my doorstep. 'Inventory not available' after 7 days is just bad business. They waited until delivery day to tell me 'Quality Fail / Inventory Not Available'. Passed up 3 other site offers for this pair, now every single store is out of stock. How is this still acceptable behavior from major platforms?

Worst delivery partner ever. Order was placed and shipped but the delivery partner have misplaced the order and the order tracking is worst. Worst customer service. Coimbatore, TamilNadu. Delivery partner is Saravanampatti ekart hub

Awful experience.
I have never received the purchased item.
It was delivered when I was absent but I did not get a phone call to confirm delivery method.
I tried to contact them but never got a reply.
Currently, item status is mentioned as delivered in their website while I do not have it. I lost my money.
This is a scam website. Never buy from them.

I have had a bad experience with this company, I ordered some shorts and they didnt fit,I kindly asked for a returns form, we have been emailing back & forth for 5 weeks and they keep asking for photos & videos of the item , ive send 20 photos all together & now they are asking for reason I dont want them, ive given them the reason 3 times & they still saying we need more evidence before we can send returns form, seriously its terrible customer care

Received the wrong size, missing parts, and mismatched codes!

"I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a size 11, but received a size 10 instead. To make matters worse, the insoles of the shoes were completely missing. Even the delivery agent noticed that the product code on the shoes didn't match the box. Luckily, I recorded a complete unboxing video as evidence. I have already contacted customer support and am waiting for a resolution. Buyers beware.

I placed an order on Tata CliQ and now I’m getting scam calls with my exact order details - name, address, product, and amount. It’s clear my personal information from Tata CliQ was shared or leaked. The scammers knew everything about my purchase and tried to take money from me by pretending to be Tata CliQ support.I trusted Tata CliQ with my data and this is how they handled it. No accountability, no security. If you care about your privacy, DO NOT order from here. Tata CliQ needs to investigate and tell customers how their data is being misused.

There is no guarantee that you will receive the product in the declared time. TATA Clique product delivery is absolutely useless and the company does not care about customer satisfaction. Why TATA group puts its fingers in every line of business and they fail miserably in some way or other. I have horrible experience on product delivery. They shifted delivery dates three time in 7 days and still there is no surety of receiving it in near future.

The original date of delivery of my order was 4th June and yet it hasn’t been delivered till date. The delivery partner express bees has been showing the product as out for delivery for past 2-3 days but still hasn’t been delivered

This company are in China. So give it all least 3 weeks if you're buying anything.
I paid £38 for t shirt and short set and only the t shirt arrived. When I messaged them it felt like a bot response and not a human. Proceed with caution!
