I had an amazing experience ordering…
I had an amazing experience ordering from Taste of bath, from Canada. I was skeptical as I usually like to pick up the phone and speak with someone when ordering such a personal item. I placed an order for my daughter's wedding in bath UK and it's far exceeded our expectations with regards to Quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend this company

An extremely helpful company
An extremely helpful company. I struggled with the create your own hamper on-line. I contacted them via Facebook and received a quick response. I was able to speak with them directly. They ensured that my order was processed quickly and without delay. I can’t comment on the contents, as it was a gift (although great feedback from the recipient!) I can, however, comment on the service.. and I can’t fault it! It was lovely to be able to speak so someone directly, someone who was able to make decisions and process everything effortlessly.. for this, it’s a five star review from me!

Beautiful products and excellent customer service. My hamper got damaged by the courier and could not be delivered, however a quick email to Emma rectified the situation and a new hamper was sent out quickly. Thank you!

Hi Jeremy, thanks for getting in touch. We are so sorry this happened! I understand our managing director (Helen) spoke directly to your son on the day he received his gift and apologised that the chorizo was out of date! This has not happened in 6 years of trading and must have slipped through the stocktake!
The cheese was sent with a cool pack within 24 hours of dispatch, so Helen reassured him it was safe for consumption. I understand Helen issued your son with a gift voucher twice the value of the chorizo (£15).
Of course, if you would like us to send out a free replacement of the chorizo, we would be more than happy to do so. Let us know if you would like us to do so - you can contact me directly on Emma@taste-of.co.uk. I will email you just in case you do not see this reply.

Having ordered a few times I’ve been very pleased with the delighted responses from relatives friends when they’ve received their gift. However I must add that Laura was exceptionally thoughtful when a delivery to London had been left on the doorstep in full sun. Without hesitation the hamper was replaced. Fantastic. Didn’t get notified when my order was…
Update - great communication from Taste Of after posting my review on here, shame there wasn’t better communication at the time but I’m sure they will try to address this for the future.
Didn’t get notified when my order was ready for collection. Had to chase and then when collected I don’t think it had been stored properly as the cheese didn’t feel very cold. Hopefully hasn’t caused any problems for the recipient. Also ordered in a box and arrived in a bag - not a problem just not as described.

We are so sorry our communication on your order left you disappointed! We had a technical issue, which meant you were not alerted via the email system that your gift was ready for collection. Our team did try to contact you on the phone, but were sadly unable to get hold of you.
I am pleased to report, that once the team resolved the issue, they replaced the cheese in the hamper, so it was fresh for you when you collected the following day. So no concerns about the cheese received by the recipients being pongy - phew! The branded and ribbon goody bag was a free upgrade, sorry if this came as bit of a shock!
Customer service is the heartbeat of our business, so I am pleased that our Managing Director, Helen has been in touch via email and you are reassured that we tried our best :)

The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service when the hamper failed to be delivered to my sister in time for her birthday.
The lovely lady at Taste of Bath was excellent and got in touch with DHL and made sure the hamper was safely delivered.
The contents of the hamper were lovely having received hampers from Taste of Bath myself from daughters who live near Bath!
