2 helpers cancelled on me! One called and texted me 145 times. On call with customer service for 2 hours no one can help. Second helper cancelled bc he didn’t want to do the job wanted me to call in and say I was cancelling! Was abused and harassed by the helpers! The third helper was amazing! They deserve a raise from you guys! the service was 100 percent better when it was Dolly I won’t be using it anymore now that’s it’s Taskrabbit your lack of customer care is concerning and how you guys hate women and don’t care about harassment is not a company I would give my money too. Thanks!

On time, friendly.

My experience was great and I have already referred family and friends. The assigned movers were professional and on time. They did a great job in moving my items to new residence.

I was supposed to have. Bed delivered yesterday from IKEA. Or was delayed and eventually postponed and today I received a message that the bed will be delivered no contact meaning that it will be dropped off in my driveway or front curb filly assembled as in the store. I am 69 my husband is 78, we need the bed disassembled and taken downstairs to our bedroom and then reassembled led today! Please help. I

Initial booking was cancelled within 48 hrs of actual job and required me to re-submit!!

The gentleman was very friendly and unloaded the products with care. He stopped by the following g morning with a bag of products that were left in his car from the previous afternoon. He got here before the installer to make sure he would have them to work with.

The customer service team was very good at explaining the steps involved in scheduling a task. When I questioned my charge, they got back to me and explained the hold fee, and removed it.

There was damage to the product and the delivery was outside the schedule time. But Task rabbit doesn't take any responsibility since it was booked through the store.
Final loss is for the customer.

Absolutely horrible!

They have twice stood us up for an old mattress/box spring removal.

Taskrabbit gives you a day and time, and then tells you a "tasker" didn't accept the appointment. Completely backwards business practices, and entirely inconsiderate about a customer's time & efforts to be available. An appointment should not be made unless they have secured someone to actually provide the service.

You'll have better success finding someone local who will sincerely commit to helping you as promised.

These guys worked very hard and did a great job. I would book again and recommend to my friends and use them for other projects. Very nice men

They delivered a dresser that was two different colors.I ordered a black dresser but received a black and blue dresser

I was kept informed as to timing, which was great, and my helper called me when he was close so I could let him in my parking spot.

I wish it was made clearer up front on tipping policies, and ways to do it, as I was unprepared to give cash, and felt badly as I didn't have much $$ on hand.

You advertised a moving special, but didn't inform the workers that they would be needed at two addresses, the app didn't give them the second address, and they wouldn't help with the unload. I don't know if you've ever moved, but it's definitely a two location kind of deal.

This was not a smooth delivery, especially for the amount I paid. One person was with my delivery which was impossible for him to move himself. I was not called upon his arrival. When I went to look outside knowing I got a notification, he was there vs the loading dock. When I suggested the loading dock he just proceeded to the apartment doors. I had to help move the piece and there was little communication. If I was not able bodied there is no way that piece could have been moved without damage with one person. All to say this delivery was not worth $180 and I will be contacting Taskrabbit for a refund if possible.

Pricing was upfront and the guys were great
