False promises and miss information about couch delivery that was ordered in Feb. Taskers ordered the wrong couch so we went to the back of the queue and have now been waiting for 5 months with no offer of compensation

Good delivery service from Ste and Jordan. Checked where wanted furniture and set up for us in next to no time. Really happy.

Steve and Jordon were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble, even moving some of our furniture around for us. And also very friendly. Great lads.

I ordered a sofa and was told by the assistant that it would take 2/3 weeks and ended up waiting a lot longer than anticipated it also has a flaw which we have reported and are waiting for someone to come out and see it

Kev and Greg was fantastic! Very professional and even put blankets down on the flooring to not damage flooring or tables. They was both very bubbly and having a chat with me! They are a credit to your company!! Thank you

Delivery men dropped garden furniture on front drive and refused to carry it through to the back garden. They repeatedly told us how Taskers were dreadful and didn’t pay them to deliver to the back garden so they would only leave on the front driveway. When we said we were both in our late 60’s and would they take it back they said they were not paid to take it back and their van was full of other items they had to deliver.Absolutely disgraceful treatment to older people. We would not have bought this furniture from Taskers if the salesman had told us you would only deliver to our driveway. I think you need to look at this and your delivery service as a matter of urgency. I personally think that when older people find out this is how Taskers deliver their furniture they will shop elsewhere.

Had panels delivered and didn’t open for a week or so due to building work, when opened noticed they were marked. Phoned customer service after emailing pics over and they offered a straight swap without hesitation! Great service very pleased!

Excellent customer service and amazing staff on hand to help. One young girl in store helped us with wallpaper samples and another friendly lad helped carry a rug out to the car. Done an online order too and it came so quick!

Ordered garden furniture 4 weeks ago. Just rang for update and told another 4 weeks to wait. If I’d have known this at time of paying, I wouldn’t have bothered

Amazing experience from in store order right through to delivery. They kept our items for a little longer than planned due to our rooms not being ready. Friendly & professional in store & prompt communications via emails. Would highly recommend, furniture is of exceptional quality. Delivery was smooth, arrived on time & took care when assembling lounge & bedroom furniture. An absolute pleasure to shop with as always, never been disappointed!!

This is my second purchase from Taskers, the first being a sofa- I was pleased when I realised it was the same delivery guys as they were really professional, helpful and took away all the packaging - This time I bought a gorgeous garden set, it took me a while to decide, but the “Fable fire pit set” ticked all the boxes and looks stunning in my garden, and best of all it came fully built. I reached out to Lyndsey in Customer Services with a few questions prior to delivery, and she responded quickly, fully answering my queries.
Taskers is always my go to place for anything “home” related, and even more so now with the addition of the new “Bus Yard” cafe who do the most lovely Lattes,

I recently placed a large order with Taskers Liverpool and was very impressed with the service I received. I bought a couch, a table, and a bed, and the attendant who helped me was excellent from start to finish.
They were helpful, attentive, and made the experience straightforward and enjoyable. All of the furniture looked great quality, and the table stood out in particular. I’m really excited to get everything delivered and set up in my home.
