What a shocking app. Similar to other people's experiences I just read, it asks dumb questions and it gets stuck in a loop while trying to upload images. I resorted to emailing. Waste of time. My flatmate had a similar issue last week.

absolute garbage, it removes spaces when you are typing, wont upload images and there is no dashboard to review open items. the chatbot is dumb and asks stupid, irrelevant questions. honestly, who ever designed this should be ashamed of how terrible it is. Its actually a joke how bad it performs

Tapi is a fast, effective way to organise maintenance for any portfolio. It is extremely user friendly, saves us so much time & we love how it sinks with Property Me & even pays your bills & is always 100% Accurate. I don' t know how we lived without it.
