Great service
It was so easy to book - I got an appointment within an hour for my throat infection.
The doctor was lovely, thorough and compassionate and sent me antibiotics straight away after seeing the images I sent.

Incredible. I'm a dentist, needed a prescription for something as soon as possible, as it was a bank holiday weekend. I couldn't get access to the dental practice I work at for the antiviral medication required. She asked all relevant questions, in relation to the mouth and also general health. Swift, efficient and prescription given immediately. Got an appointment same day. I used to see my doctor privately but this is so much easier, just get on the phone, send pictures and bobs your uncle!

Doctor was professional and clear
Doctor was very clear and direct in his approach. He asked supportive question in a calm comforting way. He passified my concern regarding a bubbling sound when I exchaled.

Having been let down by Healthhero, I tried tapGP and was so grateful to my doctor, who listened and was very easy to talk to and great with my son. The doctor sent my son's prescription to my phone, which i picked up without trouble! definitely recommend!

Same day appointment and good clinical advice
I'd recommend trying tapGP if you've got any sort of mental health issue and been failed by the NHS. After a 10 minute consultation I got the meds I'd been trying to get for 5 months from my NHS GP. They may or may not work but at least I'll now get to find out.

Highly recommend this service
The booking system was easy and there were plenty of appointments available, including same day. The GP was thorough, he listened well and took the time to fully understand my issue. I was treated with respect and kindness and was not rushed. The prescription process was simple too. Money well spent! I’ll definitely use them again rather than the deal with the angst of trying to get an NHS appointment.
