After placing the order and paying by bank transfer they told us that they did not have the chosen paper (it was available on the website). Then they told us that we had to choose another paper because they were not going to return the money. We consider ourselves scammed.

Very nice and communicative before I ordered ánd when I was emailing them on the delay. After 4 months they emailed me a fake tracking code, and never answered any of my emails anymore. So no wallpaper and my money gone. Contacted my bank to see what we can do.

It’s a con !! They are thieves. I paid 500€ for a wallpaper that never arrived.
I asked for a refund , I got a response saying they would refund me. However o never received the money back! Endless emails and no more replies. Do not be fooled!!

Everyone saying this is a scam is right. This is a SCAM. Waiting for 4 months now and always delayed shipment and no answer to my refund requests. SCAM. Don't buy anything there.

I wish I had read the reviews before I tried to pay. The website looks serious but it’s a scam!
My payment by card didn’t work, (thankfully, I didn’t lose my money) but my cards (I tried more than one, ’cause the first one didn’t work) got skimmed and there were several fraud tries before i got contacted by my bank that detected the fraud.

Fake webshop, total scam. Do not order anything here. They send you misleading emails. They do not refund. They promise a lot, but do not keep it.

This is a scam company! I'm really kicking myself for not checking trustpilot before ordering. Can't even get my money back as they didn't accept my card, so I paid by banktransfer. This should've been the red flag for me.
I even contacted the European Consumer Center, but there's nothing they can do other than wagging a finger. They said this company is blacklisted thou, whatever that means.

I've placed an order at 2023-10-15, still nothing received. Customer support just making excuses that it's delayed by the manufacturer. It's a pity that I've checked the trustpilot too late

Avoid! Please do not fall for this fake company. Their website is convincing but they take your money and never deliver. They are scammers.

ARNAQUE ! N'achetez surtout rien sur ce site! J'ai commandé 4 roulons de papier peint en novembre 2023 ( car un peu moins cher que sue les sites francais) et je me suis bien avoir. Nous sommes en fevrier 2024 et je n'ai toujours rien recu. Ils ne veulent pas me rendre 232 euros payes sur leur site, je vais donc porter l'affaire au tribunal.

I ordered wallpaper 3 months ago. they created the shipping paper after 2.5 months.They respond quickly to emails only when you pay money. I paid everything in advance. they I can't get the money back, and they don't deliver the goods.PLEAS BE CAREFUL. Can we shut them down so people don't lose money???

It is a fake company. I placed an order 6 months ago and it has never arrived or refunded money. Furthermore, the payment platform they work with (Paysera) is a shame and they cannot do anything for the client.

On August 3, 2023, I ordered wallpaper that has not yet been delivered. Apparently they will no longer produce it, so the order was canceled on their part. So far, the money has not been returned even after several contacts. I do not recommend to buy! fake company!

Ce site est une arnaque. J'ai acheté 2 rouleaux pour plus de 150 euros et je ne recevrais jamais rien. C'était il y a 3 mois.
Le service client répond mais les commandes ne partent jamais.

Today I received the wallpaper I ordered september 29. The wallpaper is exactly what I ordered but because of the enormous long time for delivery I would never recommand this company.

Still no wallpaper after 14 weeks , just lie after lie about delivery. They even printed a false despatch label 3 weekw ago . Do NOT buy fron this company.

All those good reviews are fake .

I wouldn't even give a one star if I had a choice. Ordered wall paper over 2 months ago, it still hasnt arrived. I have had to enquire about the status of my order 10 times and every time I've been told it's not avaialble yet and to wait. Finally I got an answer that if it was still not available in another 2 weeks - after 2 months from my order - they would give me a refund. 2 weeks on, I still heard nothing and requested the refund, which has so far been ignored and I have had the same stock answer every time that my order is not available yet, completely ignoring my request for a refund which the company told me they would give me. I will be reporting to Ombudsman and higher. Do not buy from here.
