We love working with Tapacho! They are great at responding in a timely manner. They are super helpful and clear in their communication. I had a hat that needed some tweaks and they were great at revising it and making it look nice. I love that they send a picture of the pre-production samples of the actual hat before so that you can make sure everything looks good before printing. Hats are great quality! Highly recommend this company!

Helpful with getting started with our first large custom hat orders. Was responsive with creating the spec docs and with any adjustments or tweaks that weren't quite right. Will be using them again.

Tapacho executed a perfect art rendering based on my desired hat description and they answered the questions I had about the material and processes. They took multiple high-resolution photos that showcased the end product before I gave the production approval. The final product had 1 mistake, and the team at Tapacho quickly remedied the situation and I couldn't be happier. Through the whole process they had excellent communication and I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. Above all, the final production hat was high quality, well designed, and a great reflection of my brand. Thanks for the top notch work, I look forward to making more hats together.
