The guide to working out which parts I needed when replacing the valves in the taps was excellent. Took me a little time as I had to find my measuring kit, but when the parts arrived they were perfect. Thank you.

The only downside was the 24 hour service for delivery was not hit, but that's down to Royal Mail failing, not yourselves

I was overwhelmed by the amount of different cartridges and couldn't find any that matched what I had so I emailed a picture and dimensions.
About an hour later I had a reply with a match. I placed a order and was delivered within a few days.
I'm very happy with every aspect of my experience plus we no longer have a dripping tap.🙂

Back in 2007 having a major building project done, the focus of which was a new larger bathroom was daunting but exciting and all the functional and decorative choices were carefully made. How would I know that 18 years later replacement taps would not be available. Yet I had a very leaky tap not just into the sink but all over the granite worktop. That tap matches the ones for the bath, bidet and shower though, and no amount of Google searching found anything similar. Fortunately my plumber did manage to get the old cartridge out (not easy , it broke in the process), found this website for me and identified a likely replacement. Knowing returns were possible I ordered it on the spot. Free delivery! and it still came the next day. Three weeks later the plumber fitted in his return visit and I have a functional tap again, still matching all the rest. Yes there is an infinitesimal drip but I'm told fairly inevitable when it's not the original cartridge. But most importantly my tap still matches.

Not cheap but very good choice of cartridges. I couldn't find the tap cartridge I needed anywhere else.

Who knew there were so many types of tap cartridge? By measuring the old one, I was able to match closely what I needed. Not exact result, but good enough. Easy to use site to determine what you need.

Well Tap Cartridges made my life so easy when it came to finding the right type of cartridge for our kitchen mixer tap.

They sent the wrong length cartridge so I cannot get the chrome cover back on, it works and has stopped the dripping but I'll have carry on to try and find some local that can supply the right one!!!

Great that the measurements were on all the tap glands available. Made selecting the correct one far much easier.

Never even attempted to change a cartridge before but by following the excellent instructions on how to measure, I received my order the next day and it fitted perfectly. I did both the cold and the hot on a mixer and the drip has stopped completely.

So good to have a designated cartridge site with all the measurements etc well explained. We purchased our cartridge and it was delivered very quickly. Fitted perfectly so very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this supplier. Very good price too.

Good selection and quick delivery

Cartridge valve worked fine for 2 weeks then hammering and leaks, so will change the cartridge again.
Also ended up being supplied with half turn cartridges instead of quarter turn ones - not sure if that was my fault on ordering (I'd assumed they would all be quarter turn, so one to watch out for).

So eay to identify the exact insert I needed using their diagrams.
