Easy, no fuss purchase.
Needed a 25mm mixer tap cartridge and could not see that size in any standard physical retailers. The Tap Cartridge website has a huge range and a comprehensive measurement guide so you can order with confidence. Delivery was as promised.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We completely understand how frustrating it is to go through the effort of fitting a new part only for it to leak, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
While it's certainly possible the cartridges themselves are faulty, our experience shows that leaks after a replacement can sometimes be caused by other issues within the tap itself. Often, a tiny piece of grit or limescale left on the brass valve seat inside the tap body is enough to prevent the new cartridge from sealing perfectly. In older taps, the seat itself can also become worn or pitted over time, which can cause a persistent drip even with a brand new part.
This is exactly the kind of situation our support team is here to help with, and we're sorry we didn't get the chance to troubleshoot this with you. We pride ourselves on our customer support, but we can't seem to find any record of you reaching out to us.

This company delivered excellent quality replacement ceramic tap cartridges that literally spared me taking a bath out to replace the taps. An easy to use website for exact input of measurements complimented with a personal email from Darren to confirm my choice of best fit cartridges for both sink and bath taps delivered the perfect outcome. Cartridge buying made simple
Buying tap cartridges is, as I found when trying locally a very difficult experience, they range and variety is enormous. Thankfully at Tap Cartridges they have knowledgable helpful staff to make finding the correct one easier. The hints on the web site about what to look for, sizing and how to count the splines is invaluable. Lawrence was able to reduce the group down to 3 options for me to select the correct item which is now working in my tap and saved me from having the tima and exoense of changing the whole tap
