Very good service
I had no idea about tap cartridges, but sent my measurements and a photo, and was directed to an option that fitted perfectly. Arrived within a couple of days. No more dripping tap. Very happy.

A truly excellent all-round service
A truly excellent service and one of the best websites I have used in a long time. Pictures with dimensions, as well as the ability to filter each dimension out, meant that it refined the search to find my cartridge out of the vast array of cartridges available. A quickly answered email checking one of the details and rapid delivery topped the service off brilliantly.

Tap Cartridges make it simple
Tap Cartridges have made it easy and straight forward in identifying the correct tap insert.
That said, they can only go so far, so there will be some leg work on your behalf to take your time in measuring and selecting from options.
Once selected the items are swiftly shipped.
This will be my 1st port of call when needed next.

As explained in our email to you this morning, we investigated this the moment you reached out. Our records and our account manager at Royal Mail confirmed that your parcel was successfully collected from our warehouse on the 20th of April. Unfortunately, it appears the courier has since lost the package in transit.
We completely understand your frustration, as waiting for a delayed order is never ideal. Because we rely on third party couriers, we aren't always aware a parcel has gone missing unless a customer lets us know. As soon as you made us aware today, we immediately processed a full refund for you as requested.
We pride ourselves on quick dispatch and highly responsive customer service, and we hope our immediate action to refund you today reflects that. We are very sorry again that Royal Mail let us both down on this occasion.

Local services were unable to supply the part so contacted Tapcartridge. Great customer service from their representative who answered all of my questions. Identified the part I required from the guide on their website, ordered and delivered quickly and fitted perfectly.

Saved me a fortune!
What a great company. Had an old leaky tap and all the usual places told me the part couldn't be replaced. Was faced with ripping out the bathroom suite to replace it but then found Tap Cartridges.
Simple to use guide on working out which cartridge I needed from a very wide range and it was a perfect fit!
