Stephen Donoghue was excellent from start to finish , he was very prompt at getting everything he needed to get our mortgage sorted quick , he was always great with communication even if there was nothing to give he would just touch base so we felt like we knew he was still working on things even when it went abit quiet. He has been amazing with getting us the mortgage we needed and very prompt with doing so.

I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Stephen from T&C was absolutely fantastic with me and my partner (first time buyers). At first we spoke with two mortgage brokers, one of which was semi helpful and one was fairly useless - both also more than double the price. Was recommended to T&C from a family member, call back the next day, everything moved so smooth and we have our official mortgage offer through today. Really swift, impeccable communication, and made as stress free as humanly possible by a very helpful chap! Would choose T&C everytime now. In comparison to the other two brokers (both big companies) Stephen was far quicker and got us a much better deal than either. Save your money, your time time, and your stress with T&C.

T&C were fantastic, specifically Michael Longley who was really informative and just made the process chill and stress free. We are first time buyers and a bit more complex, we didn't actually think we'd be able to get a mortgage at all but the whole process has been so quick and straightforward. It was absolutely fascinating to deal with Lewis Caygill. He spent as much time as needed (and often more than needed) on our calls having patience with me asking dumm questions and providing thorough explanations. He always returned my emails with fast turnaround and always found time to call me back when necessary. In the re-mortaging process, whenever it came to a setback, Lewis always came up with an idea how to get round it often going an extra mile to find a solution. I can't recommend anyone more than him, as at the end of the day Lewis was my saviour having the re-mortgage done on time despite the laziness of solicitors. Great job!
