Horrible customer service! I ordered 4 weeks ago. Tracking says it’s been delivered but I’ve never seen it. Contacted them several times and they said it’s still in transit but they won’t tell me where it is. They don’t answer my questions. Once i told them I wanted my money back they stopped responding! Absolutely ridiculous! Stay away from this company. It comes from china which is something that was never advertised.

The spelling errors on the jar gave it away. I ordered fragrance-free (2 for $29.95) and it came highly scented, has the consistency of Vaseline and they spelled essential ‘essencial’. When I looked up the address from where it was shipped it looked like a duplex house in Cinncinati, OH. Tossing.

My skin was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. This calmed everything down enough that I can actually rest. Game changer for quality of life.

I have struggled with eczema since my 20s. I am now 47 and have literally tried everything. CeraVe, Eucerin, prescription steroid creams, you name it. Most of them either burned when I applied them or did absolutely nothing. Found Tallowyn through a friend who would not stop raving about it. Figured I would give it one more shot.

Three weeks in and my skin has not looked this good in years. The dry patches on my elbows are almost completely gone. It does not sting at all when I put it on which sounds basic but if you have sensitive skin you know how rare that is. The jar seems like it will last forever too since you only need a tiny amount.

Worth every penny. Already ordered a second jar for my bathroom at work.

This is a scam. The ingredients (written in size 5 font) are not safe and there is NO honey in it at all. I'm throwing it away.

It took weeks to arrive. Of course that’s because it came from China! They don’t tell you that. It’s a big scam. It’s water, mineral oil, hydrogenated olive oil, glycerin, glyceryl stearate carbomer, triethanolamine, citrus reticulata, tallow, MEI. “Non edible, keep away from children, discontinue if signs of irritation or rash.” Looks like vanilla pudding. Unfortunately I ordered 2. I am throwing them away. Not touching this stuff.

I never got the product, they said they would give me a refund, complete lies, it’s a total scam don’t waste your money, I tried to contact them and they laughed and said there was nothing I could do to them.

Product never even arrived. No customer support.

Im pretty sure I got scammed, lesson learned! As soon as I opened it, and felt the texture, I knew it was just some cheap highly perfumed lotion. Im pretty sure nobody is regulating what is actually in the containers and on the labels. Never buy anything advertised on facebook or instagram.

I ordered what was supposed to be an unscented salve. What I received was a highly perfumed lotion. The scent smells so strong and fake. Says citrus scent but it is a floral. And such an unpleasant scent I can't use it. The ingredients are not all natural. So the product is grossly misrepresented
Not worth the money. Even with getting one free. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Bought the two for one offer for $39.99AUD, cost advertised in AUD, but was charged $45 plus international card fee on top. No where does it say other fees or exhange rate. Looks like sent from New Zealand. Product is a scam, falsely advertised. MADE IN CHINA with lots of other synthetic ingredients and no honey! Jars are half full and more like a cream than a balm. DO NOT BUY. I wish I read the reviews first on Trustpilot. Going by the other reviews, no point trying to send back. Never buying off Instagram adverts again.
