Very professional and responsive to queries. Only complaint I have is that there was a 3 week gap in hearing back about whether I would be having an interview.

Excellent support and encouragement from both Lucy Stendall & Natasha Young throughout the process. Slightly disappointed with the lower salary offered against that which was requested, in line with the salary range advertised, however this is not a reflection of the standard of service received by Lucy.
