I had a great experience with Talent Finder, especially with Saeeda who supported me through the whole process. Immediately after my interview, I received a very good job offer with the company, and since then Saeeda has been so supportive and consistent in helping me with the onboarding process. She has also made reasonable adjustments for me where needed, which I really appreciate. Overall, the process was smooth and professional, and I would highly recommend Talent Finder.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful. They identified my need of recruiting sales staff and even drafted a Job Description for the complimentary talent pool assessment that they offer. Got the staff on-boarded in just 2 weeks. Super efficient and pocket friendly. I would strongly suggest that you try it once for any vacancies to fill.

Saalihah was very helpful in setting up the advert on the Talentfinder portal and keeping us updated about new applicants for the roles we advertised. She kept in touch to see how the recruitment was progressing and also followed up the applicants by email to set up interview appointments. We are quite pleased with the service we received from Talentfinder.

If i could give zero stars i would. Did not receive appropriate applicants which only made sense when i searched for the position we were hiring for and our advert did not appear. Talent finder employ lazy staff who happily take payment but do not bother to place advert correctly. If you do place an advert, be sure to check it exists. You have been warned!

I was honestly a bit sceptical at first, as I’d struggled for a while to fill this role myself and wasn’t sure if using a service would make a difference. But from start to finish the team at Talent Finder were brilliant. They kept me updated throughout, made the whole process stress-free, and most importantly — they actually found me the right person for the job.

It’s been such a smooth experience, and I can’t fault the communication or the results. Really impressed and very grateful — would definitely recommend!

Surprised at some of the poor reviews. We have used Talent Finder twice, in the last 12mths and had much greater success than relying on Indeed. I have found them to be friendly, responsive and professional, with a user friendly portal. I have never been harassed or received poor service. We opted for the no-frills advertising campaign and found a suitable candidate within 4 weeks.

We paid £1500 almost 8 weeks ago. We have received one CV during that time which had no relevance to the job role and was uncontactable. We have been transferred between 6 different "key contacts" and have received no response to any of our communications in the last 6 weeks. Having sent an email saying we were terminating our contract and were expecting a refund, last week, yet again, we have received no response. Totally unprofessional and complete failure to deliver on any promises made. As a charity, we cannot afford to lose funds in this way.

They say they advertise on 4 major job boards as part of the deal. Total Jobs and Jobsite are the same board (they merged) so that is just the one, google for jobs (which is google anyhow and most adverts will get picked up by google) and finally Indeed. Which was a pay per click so didn't stay on very long. Its an ok offering if you want to use them to purely sort your advertising but be mindful you need to pay more to extend the adverts. They say they don't quit until you find someone - they don't say how long that may be though and with limited advertising before you pay again I wouldn't recommend it for difficult roles!

We recently used Talentfinder to help us fill a role within our Company and I couldn't be happier with the service.
