Pillows are great so far
Pillows are great so far! I purchased 2 king sized premium talatex pillows, one in medium soft and the other firm. I wasn't sure which one I would prefer. I found the firm to be like trying to sleep on a dogs rubber chew toy. ,ero softness and far too hard. The medium soft, however was perfect for me, and my son loved the firm pillow so it worked out well!

purchased the Soft–Medium Talatex…
purchased the Soft–Medium Talatex pillow after a long search for something that could properly support my neck and help with ongoing shoulder pain. Latex kept coming up as a good option, and Talatex had consistently strong reviews, so I decided to try it.
I started with one pillow to test it, and within a few nights I noticed a real difference. My shoulder cramps eased, my range of movement improved, and I was finally getting more comfortable sleep. That was enough for me to order a second pillow right away.
One thing to be aware of: there is an initial smell when the pillow first decompresses out of the packaging. It’s not pleasant, but leaving it to air out does the trick — mine cleared within about a week.
Overall, this pillow has genuinely improved my sleep and reduced my shoulder discomfort. I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for better support.

They are extremely comfortable, and soft enough that hey are not hard but firm enough that they support your head without it sinking into the pillow. The best feature about the pillow that we like is the fact that they remain so cool, and allow for a really good night's sleep. Well done Talatex!

Superior support and amazing pillow. Best pillow in the world. The materials and quality are luxurious. In the morning you wake up full of energy and without neck pain. I consider Talatex to be the best latex pillow brand in Europe in terms of price and quality. I have 4 more latex pillows, some cheaper and some more expensive than Talatex, but the Talatex Premium Pillow is the best, so I recommend this brand as a must-buy.

Losing the will to live trying to…
Losing the will to live trying to return the latex mattress topper, which is about as hard as a rock. You have to somehow reuse the massively cellotaped plastic bags it comes shrink wrapped in and then they don’t include the straps you need to tie it up with. A replacement bag is £10. It’s been weeks and counting. They also sent me the wrong pillow and want me to jump through 1000 hoops before resolving that. They say that just because something says it’s one thing on the box doesn’t mean it’s that inside … okay then. Seems like I’m going to have to contact my bank to get my money back.

Finally found my cozy marshmallow pillow
If you are looking for a truly incredibly cozy pillow that is as fluffy as a down pillow but does not require shaking, the Premium Latex Pillow is the right choice.
The delivery time was a little long at two weeks, but that's because it really comes from Thailand and isn't kept in stock, which is important for latex products. The Queen Premium Pillow is super soft and provides good support, even for the neck. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow that cradles your head and provides excellent pressure relief. Although it is higher than regular pillows – the information on the website is correct – it suits me well as a side sleeper. I would buy it again despite the slightly higher price and am happy to recommend it to my friends.

frustrating! i have emails in my inbox suggesting i purchase another pillow and use the 12% discount code. When i put that in, it says "already used". if it only allows 1 per shopper EVER, why keep emailing me with it? I'm trying to exchange a pillow now and its a labor intensive process. I will be livid if return shipping is more than the $20 they "allow" for return shipping.

The item arrived very well packed and on time.
The item itself is well made and exactly as requested in its size,its firmness and style.
After nearly a week of use it has proved remarkable in its benefits. My neck is held in line with my spine, especially noticeable when I sleep on my side. I have no neck pain or headaches in the morning.
When I accumulate some money in the future, I will be buying a second pillow of the same.
They are expensive for a pillow but it is a full top quality latex and the benefits are well worth the price. I am more than pleased with my purchase. Thanks

Note: The response from Talatex below is a lie. At no point was I offered compensation for a delayed delivery. Avoid this company. They can't be trusted.
Avoid! Their customer service takes weeks to get back to you, is totally incompetent, and then will stack up all sorts of charges on your returns. In total it took me two months to get from my first email to them starting a return to the product actually leaving my house. They charged me 70 GBP for the return (after trying to charge me 100) on a 266 GBP product.

We want to emphasize that this charge was not intended as a penalty, nor did Talatex profit from it in any way.
