They are thieves they take your money after you already cancelled the same day as you download that’s why they fake it works they just steal even if you lock your card the bill from a different account they suck
I did what you said already that’s why I wrote the review because nothing was done and at that point I didn’t have the app or anything I got nothing and was refused any type of resolution so you upgrade your help department or better yet get a phone number

I signed up for a 4 coaching sessions as a trial . Nothing else . This company have persistently tried to take payments for services l did not sign up for under TA - coaching .TAIOGA.US and TAIOGA- EU .
I have not been able to speak to customer services to find out what’s going on . Beware .

Had an issue with future subscriptions to which at the time of my order I wasnt aware of. My bank alerted me to the transaction to which I scrolled down my order and saw you could cancel at any time. I chose to cancel and emailed them also. I had a reply almost straight away confirming my subscription had been cancelled. Can't fault the support team for dealing swiftly. Am very satisfied with the result.

Program fine. Worth the initial 1 month charge of 21.09. Please use EXTREME CAUTION. I did not sign up for auto renewal but they charged $105.89 for 1 additional month!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am waiting to see if they credit this to me, but this should not have been done.
