Tain’s artwork is amazing! We have 3 of her lovely animal pieces. She is great at communicating and personalising the artwork to your requests. I hope to buy more of Tain’s beautiful artwork in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Tain Watson highly enough. Her artwork is truly exceptional.
Tain created a drawing of my dog, and from the very start I was blown away by her eye and intuition. She chose the reference photo herself, and it was a perspective and angle I would never have thought to use — yet it captured my dog’s personality perfectly. The result was not just a likeness, but something that genuinely felt like her. The detail is astonishing: incredibly fine, delicate line work that creates a beautifully realistic image while still remaining artistic and full of character. It’s not photo-like — it’s far better than that.
Since then, I’ve recommended Tain to several friends. One close friend, who was leaving our village, commissioned Tain to draw portraits of her friends’ dogs as farewell gifts. She was a local dog walker and had deep, meaningful relationships with both the dogs and their owners — and every single person who received one of Tain’s drawings was completely blown away. They were treasured, emotional gifts that meant the world to their recipients.
I’ve also bought other pieces of Tain’s work, including from a gallery display at our local golf club, and a stunning painting of a whale that I absolutely adore. Her talent across different subjects is remarkable.
Tain’s work is thoughtful, skilful, and deeply personal. If you are considering commissioning a piece or buying her art, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed. Five stars feels like an understatement.

We are lucky enough to own a few pieces of art by Tain Watson and can highly recommend her services. The first was a very accurate, and much loved, pencil pet portrait of our 4-legged friend. From first contact to collecting the piece, Tain was a dream to communicate and work with. We subsequently purchased 2 pieces of her work, a hippo and a rhino, both oil on canvas, which sit perfectly in our new home.
