Free delivery to your home, apartment or hotel. We offer only new or maximum 2 years old cars for rent, which are in perfect technical condition and are therefore reliable and safe. You can travel with our cars to European union and Switzerland.

Not recommended

Not recommended. Avoid this company. Even before rental communication was unpleasant (“What do you want? There are no hidden fees”). No airport office, late delivery, and rushed handover in 10-minute parking. They add extra credit card fees, then later charge damages without proof of repair cost, claiming it’s a “favor” to charge less than the excess. While they advertise cars in “perfect condition,” ours already had multiple damages. Prices are also much higher than other rentals.

Dear Mr Edlund,
thank you for your feedback, although we regret that you were not satisfied with our services. Allow us to clarify the facts regarding your rental.

On June 26, you collected a nearly new Škoda Karoq (only 8,879 km) from us at Prague Airport outside office hours. Upon return, damage to the front bumper was discovered. We would like to explain the context:

Airport handover: We have an office at the Regus building opposite Terminal 1, open until 16:30. After hours, to make things easier for customers, we deliver vehicles to the short-term car park in front of the terminal. This procedure is generally rated positively by clients, as it allows them to get the car quickly after a long flight. You are actually the first client this year who did not find this convenient, and we handle 5–10 rentals per day at the airport this way.

Vehicle inspection: Our staff always check the vehicle with the client at handover, and the condition is recorded in the protocol attached to the rental agreement. In addition, we take full photos of each car so we can document the condition before and after the rental. If we could not prove that the damage occurred during your rental, we would not have charged you anything. If you needed more time, our colleagues would have gladly waited and explained the car’s features.

Payments: We do not charge any “hidden” fees. When you order additional services, you are informed in advance, and the price is exactly as shown in the online calculator and booking confirmation. We offer three payment options – card, bank transfer, or cash (in CZK, EUR, and USD) – so clients can avoid unfavorable exchange rates or bank charges. This applies both to the rental and the deposit.

Damage handling: In cases of damage, we proceed according to the rental contract, but always individually. In your case, the damage was clearly provable. According to the contract, we could have charged 6,050 CZK. However, our service department determined it could be repaired more cheaply, so we only charged 3,075 CZK, fully documented with photos. Many Czech rental companies also charge “loss of use” fees during repair based on § 2951 of the Civil Code. We do not, and we did not charge you anything of this kind.

Pricing policy: Our prices are transparent and reflect the quality of our modern fleet, full insurance, and the services we provide. Like in the hotel industry, there are hostels and hotels of different categories. You can find cheaper companies offering older or less equipped cars, sometimes without full insurance. However, the difference in quality and the risk of something going wrong is significant.

We understand that not every situation is ideal, but we always act fairly, transparently, and according to clear rules. We regret that we could not accommodate you more, but we must handle damages in line with the contract in order to maintain high-quality services for other clients.

We sincerely wish you a pleasant rest of the summer, and thank you for choosing our services.

Un loueur qu'on peut recommander

Location à Prague, 6 jours, 900 km environ, août 2025.
Globalement très satisfait :
- Livraison et retour voiture devant l'hôtel
- Voiture exactement conforme au modèle réservé
- Tarifs compétitifs
- Nombre et ages des chauffeurs indifférents, aucuns suppléments
- Pas de prépaiement.
En fait, tout est simplifié à l'extrême.

Moins bien :
- Tous les documents contractuels rédigés exclusivement en tchèque
- Retour voiture avant 17H00.

La procédure de réservation est assez inhabituelle. La réservation en ligne doit être finalisée par téléphone (nécessité absolue de parler un minimum anglais). Par la suite, il y aura quelques échanges téléphoniques en anglais pour diverses confirmations.
A la livraison de la voiture, examen trés très minutieux du véhicule avec un nombre incalculable de photos sous tous les angles. Photos non partagées. Le retour du véhicule est beaucoup plus cool dès lors que la voture est rendue propre.
Je suppose que l'examen méticuleux à la remise de la voiture comporte un aspect psychologique.
Après ça, on y fait attention à la voiture !

Au final, un bon loueur qu'on peut recommander.

Agence de confiance

Il y a beacoup de problèmes avec les loueurs internet. Soyez prudents lisez bien les avis en particulier sur truspilot.
Grâce aux commentaires j ai loué chez Taggart et je peux recommander à 200%

Pas de frais cachés. Vignette CZ fournie et pas de plus value pour notre passage en allemagne.
Restitution de la voiture ( essence full full) faite avec sérieux et honnêteté.

Taggart agence de location en qui on peut faire confiance. Je recommande.

Smooth ride from start to finish

Rented from Car Rental Taggart during my recent trip and I couldn’t be happier! The booking process was fast and straightforward, the car was spotless being in perfect condition. Also the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. No hidden fees, no stress. Just great service and a comfortable drive. Will definitely book with them again next time!

Would definitely use again

This was the first time using Taggart. The reviews were much better than a lot of other car rentals. No hidden costs. Lovely new car. Delivered to Prague airport. Really friendly staff. Would definitely use again.
