Taelor Boutique is an amazing brand, have been ordering Durags for years since finding them on Instagram. There Customer service is A class always handling concerns or issue with quickness and professionalism.

I highly recommend this company to any lovers of Durags and bonnets just as a whole the company is excellent.

The quality of there products speaks for it self and the range just amazing. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be in the future.

I am huge on customer service! Being that auto pilot on my computer decides to switch up & add things to my fill ins on my computer- an extra apt number was adding to my order. I was reached out to by Sherille to confirm the correct apartment number to assure I received my item. That meant a lot to me. Most people would not even care. They have already received your money, where it's delivered & if it was even delivered properly would not even matter. Meant a lot for them to reach out & showed sincere care about me receiving my order. I recommend supporting their business. Great job guys!

Communication was fantastic. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Answered emails in a timely manner. Products were great quality and as described. Well packaged.

I do not recommend this website. I wanted to order a durag for my dad for Christmas, apparently this was not the right website to do so. When you order there is no way to track your package(s). My package was taking a while to deliver so I reached out to Taelor Boutique to see what was going on. It took me going to them to figure out that my package was lost; I hadn’t received any emails about updates on my order or anything. They replied back saying they could issue me a refund or give me voucher codes, I wanted a refund. They have yet to respond after that. This is the tree topper, not only did they not give me a refund; they have been trying to use my card information for amazon. Lucky, I found out in time. They also blocked and reported my emails to spam. Again, I do not recommend this website at all.

I recently ordered a bonnet cap from Taelor boutique, it arrived within two days, which was fantastic
But unfortunately it was the wrong one, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size so I contacted taelor boutique costumer service and communicated with a lady named sherille who was very helpful and within a couple of emails to each other I now have my correct order on it's way.

The durags are sooooo beautiful. I wanted to go for a Lafayette Reynolds look (character from True Blood) and these Durags are so perfect. Will definitely be ordering more. Y'all gon know me by name! Haha

At first I didn't get all the durags I ordered eventually the rest were sent. Now though my velvet durags are bleeding and ruining everything they touch. It's F'D UP!! Taelor Boutique hasn't replied to any of my messages or photos of the mess in 5 days. I'm not with this unreliable service.
