Alvaro and his team are such great people! I have never felt more at home and cared for in my life as with them. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have made a journey to them more than once (3x). Simple the best retreats I’ve ever been to. I have a new lease on life because of them, my new family. Love, an out pouring of love.

I had been to TRS before but this time the program of the retreat was quite different. Alvaro and his team took us on a journey ( in all senses of the word ) where everything fell into place in perfect synchronicity and harmony as in those much talked about but scarce moments where the universe conspires to your intentions. I met people , maybe we were nine or ten, but most of the time it felt as though we were one, I took medicine and it healed me, The setting in which this was done couldn't be more perfect, I was allowed to travel to all realms of my psyche, to face all my demons and meet all my angels because the environment that was so lovingly created felt safe. This is a project done out of love, it Is apparent from the moment you step through the door. During the retreat there is no detail that is over looked, from the great food and superb accommodations, to the hand picked masterful guests brought in that made our experiences exceed our expectations.I couldn't recommend TRR enough. On our last night, sitting around the fire, I could not help but have the thought running through my head my head, that something special had happened during those 5 days . Something I am sure will forever have changed the lives of everyone who was there. You can't rate an experience like this

My five day retreat, together with 7 other clients was incredibly healing, and I met wonderful, new people who restored my faith in people.

The location boasts great natural beauty, and the accomodation facilities are sumptuous.

The Tabula Rasa Retreat / Faith Retreats Team were flawless in their organization, warmth, empathy and highly professional levels of care and service.

The five day healing program was expertly put together in terms of its activities, plant medicines and guest therapists, and provided me with an all-out psycho-spiritual reset.

For anyone dealing with depression, or suffering from addiction, or who may simply be at that point in life where daily life seems overwhelming will surely benefit from all the insight, healing and wisdom.

An incredible wonderful experience. Perfect organised, with caring staff they created a warm and loving atmosphäre. Very nice old farmhouse with a beautyful surrounding. Even the pets we're all so friendly. ( Dogs, a cat, goats,sheep and 3 donkeys). And we all had so much healing! Thank you so much.

I had the most beautiful plant medicine retreat at Tabula. It was such a safe container for transformation. I loved the Faith retreat as we experienced many healings with plant medicines as well as kundalini yoga and breath work and wim hoff ice bath workshop . It was amazing from beginning to end. I loved it and I have felt a deep inner healing and change

The Love that people at Quinta da Fe put into everything they do is just amazing. This five days retreat have been one of the best experiences of my life, I feel so thankful to have been able to share it with such great group. The beauty of this place and the impecable organisation made this experience incredibly peaceful and full of light.

I had the pleasure of working with Alvaro and his wonderful team at Tabula Rasa. I am a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and I hosted a breathwork and cold exposure workshop as part of a longer retreat. They made it very easy for me to deliver my teachings. The facility is set up perfectly for the type of work they do there. In general, it is just a beautiful space to spend time in nature and in the property itself. The staff are very professional, attentive and just lovely to spend time with. The participants I worked with were full of praise for the project too. I am duty bound to give a special mention to their beautiful and gentle cat Fé 😺 and the friendly pups named Fox, Hope and Silva 🐶🐶🐶. Amazing, unique and special. despite being in recovery for a few years now, it never hurts to "review" this same sobriety. And I couldn't have chosen anything else. It was my first time on an Ibogaine journey and it honestly couldn't have been better. The level of intelligence of this plant is something that fascinates me for its healing power in exactly the areas of your life that you need!! the place was spectacular, a fusion of environments, family, nature, calm and serenity, combined with a tireless team at all levels. What a week at Tabula Rasa Retreat. I feel like I have come full circle. I no longer hold my breath, I made peace with my childhood angst that I held onto for 52 years… all gone. I’m calmer and listen more. The team were so attentive, kind and gave me the necessary space to process. This was a 12 out of 10 ibogaine experience. I’m brimming with gratitude.

Very friendly staff, professional but genuine environment and beautiful nature surrounding it.
I was there in the winter and froze a bit, the only thing i could've asked for would be more heaters haha. I'm pretty weak and whiny though 🤷‍♂️

My name is Alex I was in Tabala rasa 2021stayed 3 weeks wish I could of stayed more I was complicated case I was on a lot of meds morphine methadone and heroin and crack Tabala rasa Alvaro and the team saved my life made me feel at home and gave me as smooth a ride as possible with my detox previously I got heart complications nothing too serious but Alvaro new excatly he had to treat me slow it worked the place is a special haven miracles happen there I’m sorted and the other patients I was with got through comfortably as pos next to your average detox this was a walk in the park still they worked me hard emotionaly Spirituly and I got to build my strength back up with fitness everyday I have been to detoxes and rehabs 14 times in a lot of different places iv tried every way to quit hand on my heart tabala rasa The place the family who look after you the therapist meditations and every thing part of what you go through is the best place there is no we’re better for me anyway hand on my heart Thanku Alvaro and family eternally grateful xxxx

I went to TR for treatment in June 2021. All staff were professional and friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. My experience was not easy, but it was expertly handled and I still feel supported to this day. Thanks to Alvaro, Ruben and the rest of the team...

I went into the Tabula Rasa treatment program mid May and was welcomed by Alvaro who I had been in contact with for some time. I spent the previous 8 months tapering off of methadone and had a big battle ahead of me, against many years of opioid abuse. It was a rough couple of weeks but the earthly medicine (in the form of powerful Iboga root and lush oranges that they grow) and popsicles in addition to constant support of caring staff got me through it. Alvaro then helped me into additional care afterwards and stuck by me in the coming months, still talk to this day. I am now over 4 months off of opiates and working on my future, things are looking brighter and I couldn’t have done it without their help. Endless thanks for putting my life back on track!

I came to tabula rasa retreat in early July for the extended treatment....the staff and facilities are amazing.... the treatment I received was life changing and awesome...I believe addiction or not everyone can benefit from this type of treatment....I highly recommend it... MAGICAL!!
