Warning don't deal with this company,absolute rubbish. Any issues you have to send it back to China,the cost is prohibitive. Keep away from them.

I was sent a tablet and it did not work. I paid to have it returned and asked for my refund. Never heard from them again. Scam company.

I bought a tablet from tablet world for £85, When it arrived it looked like very poor quality after I complained and asked for a refund they offered me £5 back and keep the tablet, I said no so they sent me a returns address but wanted me to pay return postage which I discovered was £35 nearly 1/2 the price of the tablet so I argued then they offered me £15 back , I was not happy then they started to ignore my emails, so I thought I might as well use it only to discover it didn’t even work so I emailed again but got no response, now am stuck with a tablet that doesn’t even work.

Paid for a fault product.. got me to paid 50 dollars to return it. My multiple attempts to contact were meet with you will have it next week.. Rang a month later told they have to received. I have screenshots of delivery address and Australia post with correct address on. Have contacted them every week since. Australia post confirmed they received.

After waiting nearly 3 weeks from paying to receiving, the tablet worked for 25 minutes and then became completely erratic and unusable. I will not attempt to get a repair etc. as they appear to be selling corporate tablets to the domestic market. Cheap M11 rubbish made by Lans TB.
My bad....ordered a Lenovo M11(the real mc coy) on Amazon prime and it arrives today...same price.
My personal advice is buy somewhere else.

I bought my daughter a tablet from tablet world last year that cost me $200. It stopped working 6 month's later so I contacted the company about the warranty. It cost me $50 to send to China to get fixed and now they have not contacted me for 4 months even though I've sent 7 emails enquiring it's whereabouts. Suck shocking service!!

From 17.2.25 I ordered a tablet in the amount of NIS 520 and on that day I regretted it and asked to cancel the order, I received a reply that the order is pending according to the customer's request, a few days after that I decided yes to confirm the order and I sent them an email for confirmation and I did not receive any confirmation of this, the order is still pending. How can I contact them other than via email. Order number #22378783504 from 17.2.25 I would be happy to advise on the subject. I am still waiting and there is no response.
I contacted the credit company in an attempt to cancel the deal. I am still waiting and there is no response.

Ordered a tablet from these back in September 24,it worked one time only.We got in touch and did all the silly bits of advice and decided to send it back,we were advised to send it parcel post and lie about its contents and value.We didn't do that,we paid nearly £30 to send it back,got in touch a month ago and they said it was with customs and now they just ignore the emails.Try and buy your tablet from someone in the UK.Expensive Experience.Just an update on this dreadful company,after writing countless emails we still have not had a reply.Please learn from our mistake,this is a Chinese company and probably already changed their name.

So far I'm not happy still waiting for my goods over 4 weeks now I'm really worried after reading these reviews serve me right if my goods are faulty when and if they arrive should of read reviews

Hi we bought a tablet from tablet world ,it arrived ,but the screen was cracked ,we told them and they sent us out a new screen 😔😮 the tablet still didn't work I contacted tablet world and they told us that we had to pay £25 postage,to send tablet and screen back to them, that is when I lost the plot , never never buy anything from this company they are absolutely disgusting and a disgrace, they push these tablets out ,ect ,not carrying if there products work or not ,I am going to look into this company ,and I will find out were they are from and how they manage there company ,I will definitely take further steps into my problems and others

I bought a tablet in January 2023, which broke down 6th March 2024; since then (its now April 2nd), I've tried to contact them to activate their celebrated '24 month warranty' by every means they offer (there's no phone number or address), they don't email or phone back, no response at all. The guarantee isn't worth much!

I purchased a new Tablet a month ago and it failed to log onto any wifi's whatsoever.
I've had 4 correspondences with customer service who refuse to replace, or refund my money.
They are absolutely disgraceful to deal with and I would highly recommend to anyone considering dealing with Company, NOT TOO.
I pre warned Tablet World that I would act on their total lack of response and arrogance.

Received my order fairly quickly and as advertised. Great Android tablet with some extras. Only draw back was charger it was not charging very well, but one I had did great and it charged pretty quickly. Found it easy to set up as a senior! And even downloaded some free puzzles which are great. Happy with purchase 🙂

The tablet is very nice. It came well packaged. Plus all the accessories were there as advertised. The only thing that I was a bit sad about is the ear phones looked like they had been used.

I think your company has a bad reputation by some other buyers but I did not read them until later. This made me want to cancel my order...

However I realised I could not cancel because it had already been shipped.

Your customer service needs improving because I have not had a reply after I wanted a cancellation.

Overall I am happy with my purchase as it was on a sale. The android is perfect for my daughter. Thumbs up so far.
