Tablas Surf Shop Anmeldelser 

He comprado la Kriptonita 6.4 hace menos de 1 año y otras dos 5.8. La 6.4 tiene 11 meses y unos 10 baños. La semana pasada en un baño de metro en Mallorca se me parte en mitad y "despelleja" el laminado quedando arrancado de la mitad trasera. La contestación es que es normal y que me pueden hacer un descuento de 5%, si compro otra. Según ellos arrancar el laminado de la mitad de tabla, a parte de partir no es tan raro.

Hace muchos años que compro en Tbls, seguiré buscando en su catálogo tan extenso de tablas, que hoy en día poca gente ofrece. Esa tabla que te haga pasar tus días de surf más felices. Gracias.

Ho ricevuto per il mio compleanno a maggio una tavola soft 6.4 Quick Silveri Bat board.
Abito in una località di mare italiana chiamata Fregene dove d'estate è impossibile parcheggiare la macchina per le l'affollamento estivo delle spiagge, quindi ho pensato a una soft per il trasporto in bicicletta e secondo perché così anche se ce onda piccola e bagnanti non devo troppo preoccuparmi a fare danni a cose/ persone .
Il primo giorno di prova sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della tavola grazie al suo volume e alla sua galleggiabilità!
Purtroppo vivo in un paese dove le onde capitano di rado soprattutto questo periodo estivo .
Finalmente qualche settimana dopo vedo un piccolo movimento ondoso e dopo lavoro vado a prendere bici e la mia nuova tavola soft.
Purtroppo noto subito che dalla scassa centrale della pinna era uscito un po' di sale marino,che non avendo pulito e lasciato in garage asciugandosi col tempo ha rilascito questo trasudo bianco.
Non preoccuppandomi troppo corro in mare per un'altra session diverte.
Qualche giorno dopo ci siamo di nuovo. "ondine" !!
Purtroppo questa volta non solo trovo la scassa centrale col sale marino dalla scassa ma che dalla poppa di destra (essendo fish) si era scollato il tail!!!
Io avevo lasciato la tavola in piedi e forse col suo peso si è aperta e scollata!
Chiamo mio fratello, che dispiaciuto dell'accaduto, perché mi aveva lui regalo la tavola, mi dice che avrebbe contattato Tablas surf perché aveva letto di buone recensioni e che c'era la possibilità di un cambio /rimborso in caso di problema!

La risposta dell'azienda è stata subito accolta e cercando anche loro di capire dopo varie foto e video che gli ho girato della mia tavola soft spiegandolgli innanzi che la tavola era stata in mare 3 volte alla fine ricevo una risposta che non mi è piaciuta!
Loro affermano il fatto che la mia tavola mi era caduta da che era stata colpa mia se si era rotta quindi non mi avrebbero né rimborsato né riconsegnato un'altra tavola come avrei veramente voluto! (Pagando anche la spedizione a mie spese se fosse stato necessario)
Punto primo: se è una tavola soft anche se nel caso mi fosse caduta come fa a rompersi?
Se nel caso mi fosse caduta da quele altezza, se io neache sopra la macchina l'ho mai messa!
Anche se fosse stato possibile cadere da un'altezza di una macchina non si può rompere una tavola soft.
Punto secondo : perché scrivete che rimborsate le tavole quando io come consumatore vi dico che ho un problema con una tavola venduta da Voi e non trovate neanche un modo per un rimborso o trovare una soluzione consona che poteva almeno soddisfare la mia richiesta!
Assurdo che mi scrivete che la colpa è mia se le tavole soft le usano nelle scuole surf le lasciano al sole e veramente le tirano ovunque!
È ovvio che sarà stato un difetto di fabbrica!
Perché date la colpa a me che in 2 mesi l'ho usata solo 3 volte!!!
Se sapevo che la tavola era così delicata mi sarei comprato un tavolo in resina/surftec!

Compré un hyperfteak , todo genial , envío en solo tres días y todo perfecto y además con un descuento del 10% de bienvenida , que aunque casi todas las tiendas on line de surf lo tienen luego no dejan aplicarlo a neoprenos y marcas de gama alta . En este caso si , y me salió más económico y además el modelo más nuevo de O’Neill . Encantada , los recomiendo . Además les pregunté por WhatsApp por el stock por los comentarios que leí y me atendieron muy bien.

I bought a midlength board from this brand (6'6 Mid), expecting a durable product suited to everyday use. What I received was a board with visible cracks under the fiberglass near the fin boxes before it even touched the water.

Still, I gave it a try. After one session in small, mellow waves, the deck already showed compression marks from my chin. This level of fragility might be expected in ultra-light competition glassing — but not in a midlength that should be more robust.

What shocked me the most was the customer service. When I raised my concerns, I was told this kind of damage was “normal” and shown a board from another brand with multiple pressure dings, as if that justified the issue. No real accountability. No real help.

The lack of ownership and dismissive attitude sealed the deal for me. This was my first and last purchase from this brand.

Great experience shopping from Tablas, Had some issues during the transport and Tablas was quick with information and support. Will buy again from Tablas if I need something.

Delivery from this shop is really desperate... I am totally struggling to push them to finally delivery my 700€ order of regular surfboard and some accessories. I came to Spain for surfing. So I decided to order from them because they official delivery should be 1-3 days. But when I contacted them after three days, they sad that have a problem with delivery from warehouse. Then after more then a week when they finally get the items from warehouse. They send it with the delivery company SEUR (which is the worst company ever with 20000K reviews and rating 1.1 of 5).
So this company is complete disaster. At first, right after they give them the package, send me notice that it's going to be delayed. Then, after another week they suddenly send me a notice that they will do delivery today between 15-16 pm. So I wait an hour in front of my house (becouse this bloody company doesn't accept phone numbers from other countries than Spain. I let the shop know about it, but they just don't care), on the end, the guy didn't even show up, and send a notice that I cancel the delivery, because I wasn't accessible on my address. So now the big package is 50km away from me in SEUR depot, and I need to pick it up by myself. Otherwise it will be a same story tomorrow... They already ruined my surfing vacation and I will be lucky to even get the surf. Because I am sure they will messed up something else tomorrow as well... Ordering something in Spain is always a pain, but this shop is on the top of the list. Order somewhere else. Even from Germany it going to be faster...

Es la segunda tabla que les compro. En esta ocasión hubo un problema con el stock de su webshop y me lo solucionaron de una forma rápida y eficaz, concretamente Jaime por teléfono y mail. El envío rápido y sin sorpresas.

Rápidos y buena calidad. Me encanta la tabla que compre y por un fallo en la página web me mandaron las quillas como recompensa. Muy buen trato!

Ordered 2 boards to be shipped to the Netherlands. A small mistake was made in the postal code but due to the good support from Tablas all worked out well. Board are well received without damage. Thanks for the support.
