Bought treats for my wee 1yr old Lhasa…
Bought treats for my wee 1yr old Lhasa who has been on your dried treats from local shop. Bought in bulk for him & he chewed through the box to help himself.
He loves the chicken sausages, stuffed hooves and trachea. We will be back again for top ups

Natural healthy products
Have ordered a few products now from T Forrest and impressed with the speedy delivery, and my dog takes a keen interest in the box which definitely passes the sniff test. He’s enjoyed all the varieties of treats, particularly the sausages and tripe sticks. The training treats are excellent for those just in case / distraction moments.
Love the fact the treats are natural and they are now the only ones I buy.
Loved getting a handwritten note once from Charlotte, adds to the personal touch, and makes you feel valued as a customer.

Do not recommend
Do not recommend, i pruchased some lamb treats, reacheea and puzzles and my dog got really itchy from them. If they are so naturals why this happens. I simply do not trust them. I contacted them about it and said to provide batch number but can not refund…really helpfull £70 go straight to bin because they can not refund. I have really tried to earn my money back as I am not using the treats and they been really unhelpfull and straightforward said no. No thanks! Will never order from you again.

We understand how concerning it is when your dog has a reaction, and we’d always recommend stopping use straight away, as sensitivities can vary between dogs even with natural products. Regarding the batch number, this is something we request so we can properly investigate and trace the product, but we’re sorry this has left you feeling unsupported. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Please do feel free to reach out again so we can look into this further for you!
Excellent service.
Had a quality issue with a product of theirs. The customer service rep was very professional & knowledgeable. Issue resolved 100%. I have no qualms having any of their products going forward. Cannot fault them.

Excellent quality dog treats at reasonable prices!
I always purchase my dog treats from T Forrest as they provide a wide variety of dog treats, all from natural ingredients at very reasonable prices & with super quick delivery!
Having 3 x dogs at different life stages, I can always rely on T Forrest treats for their variety of treats, large & small with no upset tums afterwards!
The staff are knowledgeable & helpful & I recently received some extra treats with my order & a lovely letter from Charlotte for being their 16,000th order which was a totally unexpected but welcome surprise!
I would totally recommend this company to any responsible dog owner & wouldn't go anywhere else!
