Many configurable out of the box functionalities. Extremely good support team and implementation plan. The product follows ITSM best practices.
Sysaid itself looks fine
Sysaid itself looks fine, however tech support is an awful. You can only contact them through the chat, and sometimes wait for hours to get someone to answer. But they are very fast in terminating session once you need more time to type.
I will not renew this, and would not suggest anyone to buy it

One of the Essential and basic ticketing tool used for ITIL practices such as Incident management, Problem management and change management, Asset and configuration management. Easy and user friendly to use. Does not require much of training to use this tool. However, it does log you out if not used for more than 5-10mins.

Can't use the back arrow with the system. Sometimes it works but other times you get the sad broken face in the browser.
SysAid is a good product
SysAid is a good product. I like that if something can be better, they will listen and are willing to consider new ideas.
The Technical staff is very helpful, and patient.
Can't say every experience is good, there are bumps in the road but I am satisfied with the product and its capabilities. I have past experience with all the top helpdesk products and I believe this is much easier to use than most and has a lot of features if you take the time to learn them and adapt to them.

Quiero destacar lo eficiente del producto Sysaid, y lo comprometido de las personas de soporte.
Con Sysaid llevamos alrrededor de 5 años utilizando este excelente programa que día a día nos brinda apoyo en todas las gestiones de soporte en los SR de la empresa Deira Computación, para nuestros Administradores y Usuarios Finales hemos podido obtener un producto integral que nos mantiene el día en cada caso, podemos saber el historial de cada activo y la documentación correspondiente, esto nos da mayor beneficio en comparación con cualquier otro producto. En general estamos muy contentos con ello.
Y finalmente agradecer al excelente equipo de soporte que nos apoya ante las eventualidades que aparecen, rapido, eficiente y siempre atentos a nuestras consultas, dando soluciones definitivas a cada problemática que les presentamos, muchas gracias a todo el grupo de soporte Sysaid por su gran apoyo durante todos estos años.

Terrible Support, slow responding and no action taken. For a company that prides itself on developing a best in class support platform their own support is terrible. I will be looking for other solutions.
Prompt and Efficient Service!
I work for a bank in Trinidad and Tobago and we've had the pleasure of using SysAid for just over 3 years now and we have continuously received excellent and prompt service. Even more so recently with challenges we were experiencing with a new implementation. SysAid worked relentlessly with us to resolve our problems to completion even when communication on our part was sometimes delayed. The agents are professional and courteous and generally we have no complaints! The application is versatile and we have been maximizing it's use to improve Service Desk Delivery. We have absolutely no regrets!
