I was referred to the practice for extraction of two teeth. However, once in the chair, the dentist discussed which two teeth were to come out, but queried one of them (as there was no tooty there ). I explained that it was definitely the one that he could see, but this was different to the one on the request form ? They tried to contact my dentist to confirm, but couldn't get hold of her. As a result, I could only have one of the teeth removed on this visit. The staff apologised & explained their predicament, to which I fully understood.

I had a scale and polish today. I joined the practice 2 weeks ago. The appointment was only 1 week away, which was good as was suffering with an inflamed gum due to a receding tooth.My initial appointment was a check up and X-rays.
My teeth and gums look a lot better and am very pleased with the treatment today. The dentist was very professional.

So happy I contacted this clinic 3 months ago after having a disappointing experience in turkey, all the staff have been amazing from reception staff who greet you with a lovely smile all the way up to the implant surgeon dr Karim, he has been so amazing helping me get my smile back when no one else would. Cannot fault this clinic at all. I was made to feel so comfortable from he minute I walked in, communication second to none, I would recommend this clinic to all 100 percent, keep up the good work 😉

I have recently had composite bonding done by Afzal and my entire treatment journey from start to finish has been fantastic. Every member of staff who dealt with me, even just on a phone call were extremely professional, kind and patient. I was always made to feel like numero uno customer. They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Afzal and Kelly literally have changed my life. I trusted Afzal in his judgment and decision making completely and I was correct in doing so. He has done an amazing job and I feel fabulous. Thank you for making me look fabulous and giving me back my self confidence.

This dental clinic is brilliant I've been very frightened of going to dentist and had panic attacks wifh previous experience i got in touch with synergy dental clinic Bolton and when I got there the reception staff are very welcoming . I seen Dr . Matthew Bernard he explained everything very professional friendly made me at ease and dental nurse ive still got treatment to have and im not worried at all like I use to be my experience with them is very high and excellent and I would recommend this denist wouldn't go anywhere else now I thank staff, dentist, dental nurse for making me feel so at ease and cant wait to get all my treatment finished .

I am the MASTER of procrastination, and OCD with names, times, dates and places. It has literally taken me 3 years to make my decision as to which Clinic I am going to do my full lower and upper jaw implants.

The receptionist was lovely helped my out straight away and I had the same dentist for a couple of years now really enjoy going to him . I’ve got no complaints. I visited the Blackpool practice.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Put my mind at ease before having treatment. Spoke to me about wha would happen during the treatment and about after care.

I popped in for what I assumed would be some remedial work to a filling I'd had previously that i thought was still an issue, only for Mustapha to discover the root of the problem (pun intended) was an altogether different tooth that I'd previously been told would need to come out.
I was given the choice of A/B's or immediate extraction, so went for the extraction, since the pain was getting progressively worse.
I must say Mustapha's chair side manner is brilliant; very calm,& reassuring despite my tooth breaking and my need for additional pain relief. If I indicated I was in any pain or uncomfortable he stopped straight away and we resolved the issue.
It sounds like an oxymoron to say you had a great visit to the dentist, but the aftermath of yesterday's visit was that this morning's coffee wasn't followed by excruciating pain, a priceless outcome for £25. The best money I've spent in a long while.

I have recently finished my treatment at Haslingden branch. I am a very nervous patient and was treated with kindness and great care, especially by Dr Shammi and the lovely Connor on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was well explained too. Thank you so much ☺️
