SyncWords was a great help to us with our live translation needs at a national conference we ran virtually in Canada. They were able to offer us English and French LIVE closed captioning, which was very helpful for our multi-lingual audience.

Our only quarrel is that it is quite pricey as a Canadian purchasing their services, because everything is in USD. Not a barrier though, if you can afford it.

In a couple of hours, start to finish with creating my account and instructions for the job, my hour-long lecture had accurate captions. I was able to walk away and let their service do the work. I went over it later, and I didn't have to change or correct anything. I also had an opportunity to speak with them and have an introduction to the service, and they couldn't have been more friendly to deal with. I would use the service again, surely!
