Since I use Syncfusion componenets in my projects, development time was reduced and experience its very satisfactory

The customer support from Syncfusion was great. I had an answer to my question within 24hr, complete with a code example.
The process for submitting a ticket was smooth.
The controls are fantastic and customizable. I can't say enough good about my experience.

Syncfusion's controls are beautiful, and their documentation is great, but what sets them apart for me is their support. We jumped into Blazor right at the beginning at a time when the controls were v1.0. We had many paper cuts on the way (as one would expect with a new tech), but the support has always been super solid. The Syncfusion team in the forum are so active and helpful that I have not had to submit a help desk ticket in years. Answers to questions are always comprehensive and often come with a sample project. Very happy with our decision to go with Syncfusion.

We really love the Angular suite which is written in full typescript - less complex dependency when applied to the project.

A lot of controls.
Support responsiveness.
Always listening.

I think WinUI is not that popular framework yet.
Syncfusion already prepared the best WinUI framework.
I chose WinUI for legacy c++ libraries use in .NET framework. I am new to WinUI and there were not many articles I can refer to about WinUI.
Syncfusion provides awesome WinUI Controls include beautiful Chart libraries and Grid control. especially Charts with animation is really good.

I also like your active support too.
Syncfusion contacted me first and asked if I have questions. so I replied with some questions about WinUI Controls. Then I could get the solution quickly.

I also saw many other frameworks products. it makes me think of that Syncfusion is very dynamic company and I can get the best help from Syncfusion products in future too.

The components just work and support is excellent when needed.

Great components! I use mainly Blazor version, and they are really excellent.
Syncfusion support is also awesome! They help you in finding the right solution to every query.
In my opinion Syncfusion components are a must!

I find that the UIs are wonderful and made our lives easier

With Syncfusion’s JavaScript suite, we have a lot of components ready to use; each component offer some events to bind and customize its behaviour.

We could use business-ready, updated web and mobile UI components. These days, it’s impossible, time and money-wise, to think about writing complex UI web-mobile plugins yourself.

On application side, Syncfusion offers a powerfull suite for manage xls and doc formats, and a great support portal.

Our experience is so far good with timely support from Syncfusion team.

Their Xamarin UI tools are great, and the free Community license is indispensable for small developers like myself. I've contacted their support group a few times, either with questions or bugs, and their responses are timely and helpful.

I feel so very welcomed by the Team of Syncfusion and the Community. They helped me built a wonderful App and the’ve been so nice and helpful regarding any Questions i had.

I have written an app to project songs, scriptures and media. Having Syncfusion controls available to me at no cost is awesome. And on the occasions I have found bugs or issues in Syncfusion controls they have been quite responsive about fixing them.

I like support, when there is a problem, it is reviewed and solved quite quickly
