I purchased Symphony by Wix's Basic subscription for $20 per month, which included 2,000 monthly credits. I wanted to use its AI agents to help analyze and improve my small business website's SEO.
On October 22, 2026, I had Symphony generate a Google Search Console SEO report. That single report consumed 1,939 credits — nearly 97% of my entire monthly allowance.
What made this even more frustrating was the quality of the report. It included recommendations to fix website issues that had already been corrected and verified. Instead of providing reliable, actionable information, I found myself having to double-check the AI's findings.
I expected a $20 monthly subscription to provide more than essentially one expensive report. A credit-based system that can consume almost an entire month's allowance on one task offers very little practical value for a small business owner.
I canceled my subscription because I could not justify paying for a service that consumed credits so quickly while producing recommendations I couldn't fully rely on.
My advice to other small business owners: Understand the credit system and potential cost of each task before subscribing. I believe Symphony needs more transparent credit estimates, better controls over credit consumption, and more accurate reporting.
