Brandon services our alarm every year, and this year as always, it was a pleasure to see him. He is always extremely professional, advises on any future problems that he can foresee, but gives you the choice to replace items, doesn't simply bill you afterwards as with other companies we have used.
I can not fault the service I received for my new alarm system. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked through the night so no disruption to the business and customers.
I contacted SES as I wanted an alarm and CCTV installed. I was happy with the quotes and communication was good throughout the process. They were punctual and both Brandon and Jordan were polite, professional and friendly. The work was completed neatly and without any unsightly trunking inside the property and without any unsightly wiring on the outside. I've had CCTV installed on a previous property and the playback facility is complicated and tricky to use but the product SES installed is simple and straight forward. I would definitely use SES again and would highly recommend.
Great work Sylvester Electrical Ltd

The quality of the equipment and craftsmanship is exceptional, ensuring crystal-clear footage and reliable performance. Brandon and his team went the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction, providing clear instructions on how to operate the system and answering all my questions patiently. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of their service. I highly recommend Sylvester Electrical Ltd. to anyone seeking professional and reliable CCTV installation services. Their expertise, dedication, and exceptional customer service make them a standout choice in the industry.
I had Sylvester Electrical install a TV and Camera system in my salon last year ! It was exactly what I asked for and i would happily recommend this company and definitely use in future for all my electrical needs.
SES Systems have carried out annual service on our alarm system and replaced the bell box. Fantastic service, neat, polite and reliable. Have replaced our analogue CCTV for a digital system. They certainly are our go to company for or security.
Would highly recommend.
I needed to shift a movement sensor in my house to allow office furniture to be installed without boxing it in, so a simple call to the most local alarm contractor found SES systems and an excellent response. I have only moved in here 8 weeks ago so know little about this area, but Brandons response was all positive, appointment set up and job completed within two days exactly as arranged.
Thankfully from our discussions about the house history prompted him to suggest he checks the back-up battery, a very good call as it was split wide open with age and corrosion and leaking contents into the control panel.....now also sorted.
Also from our chat whilst working, I discovered that he is the installer of my son in laws new alarm system and he is completely satisfied with the upgrade from his old system
So, in summary, from my extensive contract management experience pre retirement with alarm companies I completely endorse the use of SES, I remain impressed with his service delivery, ethics and chargeing structure...for me a trusted contractor
Very expensive, poor workmanship. Poor customer services. Take advantage of the vulnerable. Reported to Trading Standards.
Besvarelse fra Sylvester Electrical Fire & Security Ltd
Hi Steve, I hope you are well
As i have stated in a email yesterday to yourself, i will wait to hear from Trading Standards and I'm more than confident if they was to get in touch and reveiw all signed paperwork and emails they will find I've done nothing wrong. You requested a site visit due to issues with internet speed affecting camera image quality, we spent one hour on site adjusting the bandwidth after realising you had recently had a upgrade from your internet provider, the visit consisted of two engineers plus a total of 45 minutes travel time. i charged you £72.00 including VAT knowing you had tampered with the system and had been up on ladders tampering with the side gate camera and relocating it from where we installed it which as a result has voided your warranty. Unfortunately as a Business, i do have to charge for site visits, even more so when the reason I'm coming out for is no fault of my own. Your review is extremely unfair, you know as well as i know its not a honest review, whats strange is your system was installed September 2020 and you have since asked for a quote for an alarm system and had us out twice due to you tampering with your CCTV system and internet speed issues,if my workmanship was that bad surely you wouldnt of paid in full in september 2020 and ask for another quote and have us on site again. I have also offered you a no interest monthly payment plan to pay the £72.00 you owe, which you have refused. On that note, i would like to wish you and Bev the very best but due to your refusal to pay your bill and threat of reporting me to the Trading Standards, we will not be attending your site again and i would reccomend that you find another Security service provider going forward. Take care and i wish you all the best.
Regards
Brandon
