S Wood Floor - Floor Sanding London Anmeldelser

Stefan has done an excellent job on our floor.
He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. He knew so much about the type of wooden floor we had in our new home and had multiple options available so we could customise how the finished varnish would look. He also gave us tips on how to care for it and keep it looking fresh.
Whilst doing the works he worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated when we needed to be. Very professional from start to finish.

Stefan did a wonderful job on our wooden floors, with great communication and fair pricing. We would definitely recommend him!

Stefan is Excellent! Super professional and has the most in depth understanding of floors. He came and quoted for the sanding and varnishing of our new home, was up front with costs and kept us in the loop throughout the whole time. Would recommend to everyone! The highest of quality at reasonable rates.

Stefan is the perfect professional! He is extremely knowledgable and conscientious. He works quickly and truly enjoys and takes pride in his work, it's actually a joy listening to him talk about the subject. Everything from start to finish is above board and friendly. We first had him do one room and were so impressed we called him back two days later to do another! I can't recommend Swoodfloor enough!

Stefan is a true professional, has excellent communication skills and is dedicated to his trade. He naturally wants to do the best job he can and works tirelessly to provide the best advice and help to his customers. Very pleased with the work he has done and will be happy to use him again and refer to others.

Thoroughly pleased with the work Stefan did to our floors. He's a real craftsman, sanding every board carefully and replacing several with similar-looking ones that he sought out especially. His patience was a godsend too, as he was really attentive to minor details and would carefully explain everything to us (and we're super new to this process). We chose a natural varnish in the end, and we’re very happy with the end result. ven left us with extra varnish and sandpaper for future touch-ups and for the stairs (which we’re gonna attempt solo), which was such a thoughtful gesture. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about flooring, and that enthusiasm and expertise shine through in the quality of his work.

Professional, meticulous and great advice. Sean has transformed our hohe

Stefan provided a professional and efficient service. He was friendly, polite and trust worthy. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you so very much.

Stefan takes great pride in his work, is a highly professional expert and delivers an excellent service. He was clear and honest about what he could achieve and definitely delivered what he promised within the price he quoted. He transformed the uncared-for and very dark solid oak floors in the kitchen, living room, hall and bedroom of our recently purchased flat by sanding, lime-washing and varnishing in less than 5 days. They are now dent and mark-free, smooth, with a modern-looking colour and finish. He even found some perfectly matching floor boards to replace damaged ones. A real quality service. Stefan communicated progress clearly and regularly and was respectful of our decor and belongings. We thoroughly recommend him.

Stefan has already transformed the floors of a few of our friends who were very happy with his service, which is how he was recommended to us. We couldn't be more happy with what he's done! He repaired our very damaged pine floorboards by finding old pieces of wood that exactly matched the colour and grain of the wood, and managed to find workarounds around all our pipes and wiring. He also quoted us a price that he promised would be the upper end of the price, and kept his word: the final price was lower, as we agreed in the end not to stain the floor. On top of this, he also taught me how to sand the stairs of our flat ourself, and even gave me (for free) some of the right sandpaper to do it. I will recommend him to any friends who need old floorboards repairing, as his service was so good and because he was so kind to us. Repairing wooden floors is his craft and his specialism: your floors are safe with him, and ours has been completely revolutionised from grey and broken into light and smooth!

Stefan was absolutely brilliant. He managed to do the work with very short notice, before I moved into my flat. He worked incredibly hard and finished a big job in good time and to a high standard. Explained everything and kept me in the loop with photos and updates of the work and anything he found that was unexpected we talked through before a decision was made. Really beautiful work and a very kind man. Was passed his number by a friend and I can see why.
Thanks you Stefan

Stefan completely transformed our oak flooring through expert sanding and varnishing. It's been brought brilliantly back to life.
His service was exceptional from start to finish - responsive communication via text and phone, took time to explain the process and discuss options, and was great to deal with throughout. The work was completed efficiently with seamless project management.

Stefan sanded and varnished my solid oak wood floor and totally brought it back to life. I was considering getting rid of it and he showed me how good it could look and offered up really helpful advice.
The whole experience was really seamless and quick, Stefan was responsive over txt or phone, was happy to spend time explaining things or going through options and generally had a really pleasant manor. I’d highly recommend.
