The LED dimmer switch I ordered works very well, was was well priced, had detailed instructions. There was a small glitch in delivery and when I called Customer Service/Sales, Kirstie was very helpful and rectified it immediately. What's not to like! Mark L

Very bad service and delivery
Very bad service and delivery, the product was supposed to be with us 4 days ago and it hasn’t still arrived even after 7 days!
The company did not bother telling us that there was a problem with their stock. It’s only after we called them they confirmed it to us. Promised it would in by Tuesday and there is no sign of this yet.
