Our Project Leader Tamarah was efficient, thorough and professional. She has a great understanding of the business which is encouraging for anyone undergoing such work and all our questions were resolved instantly. She managed the teams like clockwork who turned up on time, worked hard long hours and to very high standards. I would happily recommend Tamarah and Switch Energy Network Ltd to anyone undergoing similar work.

Callum Keeley was the project manager, who kept me informed and updated, he also listened to my concerns and questions regarding the installation and landlord responsibilities. Also his team went above and beyond to keep for me the storage heaters they replaced. Overall very impressed

All the teams who worked in our property were very pleasant, every thing was kept clean and put back in place, they cleared everything away, we are very pleased with the work, very professional finish. Callum kept us in the loop letting us know who and when the different teams were coming, we cannot fault the whole experience Thank you 🙏

The workmen that came to carry out the work from the scaffolders, internal wall insulation, solar panel fitters electricians, the guys who fitted the humidity fans and finally the plumbers who fitted the heat pump and central heating they were all professional at what they were doing and nothing was too much if you asked of them. My wife and I cannot thank you enough.

From start to finish my experience with Switch Energy has been super positive.
Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special mention to Beatrice Clapham, who was my Project Manager, and was a pleasure to deal with - always available, super efficient and knowledgeable.
The installation process went very smoothly - First was the Insulation Team (Newholme ) they were very respectful of my home, and were polite and helpful, and very hard working. They did an excellent job, and the plastering was superb !!
Next came the heat pump installation (JCPB) who were a lovely bunch of lads - again very respectful of my home - and did a lovely tidy job , and patiently explained the system to me .
Last was the solar panels (SJ Insulations ) which were installed in a few hours - again a great job by lovely lads .
The scaffolding was then taken down by Des and his team- lovely lads, and super quick.
Even though my system has only been up and running for a few weeks I am very impressed so far, and would highly recommend Switch Energy as a thoroughly professional Company you can trust.

What made our experience great was how promptly and professionally the works were arranged, surveyed by people who had lots of knowledge, conducted by True Tradesmen. (This coming from a former tradesman myself). Electricians, Insulation, heating and Solar panel tradesmen who all completed exception work, masking off sheeting down, cleaning and removing all Waste. But behind every good team is a Great Project Manager. Callum Keeley on this occasion led this project seamlessly. Always available, prompt response and Friendly with it.

Thank you so much for the excellent work done to upgrade our property, Tamarah and her team at Switch energy project managed our installations with great efficiency and kept us informed throughout. The work by the various teams, loft insulation by NH ltd, heating by TAGGAS and solar by SJ ltd was done quickly and on time, to a very high standard and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and professional and very friendly. Thank you everyone.

From the very beginning everyone has been extremely kind and professional. All the people who have been in my home have been both polite and very hard working. Rob and Lucca were brilliant with the plumbing, since it is the most invasive part of the job, they probably saw more dust than anyone else!!!! I did feel for the solar engineers as it was raining really hard that day. The team at Switch are still advising me as is Rob from Diamond Boilers, thanks for your patience with my inane questions.

Switch have been amazing from start to finish. A special mention must go to the plumbers Rob & Jim at Taggas who were hardworking, conscientious, friendly & tidy. Thank you also to Michael who was a great project manager & in particular kept us up to speed on what was happening & when. Thank you, I would highly recommend this team!

The whole process went really smoothly Switch Energy were extremely professional in every way communication was first class everything was organized so well all contractors were excellent and very respectful and courteous at all times work was carried out to a really high standard

All contractors have been extremely professional & easy to communicate with The team who stand out r the wall insulation guys orchestrated by Andrei who kept all the guys on tasks cheerfully & did a great job. The whole job so far had been so well coordinated by Michael etc at Switch

The project was really efficient, from surveying to execution. The work of all the teams (insulation team/Taggas & heat pump plumbers / electrician / Solar panel team SJ Insulations & scaffolding team was of the highest quality. The professionalism and innovative solutions to the old property being particularly impressive.
This will make a huge difference to the whole family thankyou.

Wow not sure where to start !! This company are extremely professional . The service I have had from the beginning to the end has been amazing . My project manager Callum was with me every step of the way . Always able to contact him if need be and we had regular catch ups over the phone to make sure that I was happy with everything. We had no problems at all . The installations went as smooth as possible which was mainly due to the hard work by Callum to ensure everyone involved was organised and up to speed on what had to be done next . I can’t recommend them enough . My whole experience has been really positive . Thanks very much everybody involved.

Not only did each section of people who came out to do work on my home every person from the surveyors to the plasterers,LM plastering services,and Taggas gas who went way above and beyond as my home was a challenge special shout out to everyone involved I would recommend switch to anyone in need of help for their home thanks to Anna,Callum and Cieran there are so many people to thank but id run out of space its best to just experience the work they do for yourselves if anyone can get the Eco4 grant now is the time do please get on it and make sure you get it in time.

What a brilliant experience.
I recently had an EC4 grant using Switch Energy Network and had internal wall insulation, a maxi boiler and solar panels.
Tamarah who was the project manager was first class, super efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She phoned me the day before to remind
me that the installers were coming and again the day after to ask if I was satisfied with the work and that I understood what was happening. She was always at the end of the phone and any query was dealt with promptly.
The installers themselves were brilliant.
The internal wall insulation installers “NHLtd”
The heating installers “Taggas”
and the Solar Panel installers “SJ”
All were really hard workers with a very high quality of workmanship. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
I can’t remember all their names so it wouldn’t be fair to single anyone out as they were all first class.
Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending “Switch Energy.

I want to say a huge thank you every one who made my installation possible. To leon,karolina and the team for the insulation, olly and his team for putting in the heating system, will for his electrical work, Mark and ryan for my loft hatch work, to the joiner who put in my window sills and skirting boards,Steve for my ventilation fans, Kelly at taggas, and to tamarah at switch for her help and support.
