Switalskis Solicitors Anmeldelser

Jess was so helpful and made buying our first home an easy and stress free process. Cannot recommend or thank her enough

I've used Switalskis a couple of times already, and am currently using them for our sale and related purchase.
I find that they are excellent at keeping me up to date, are ready to deal with issues as they arrive and actually make me feel like a real person rather than just another client. Both our conveyancer Stefanie and paralegal Andy have responded quickly to any queries and have been patient with my slow responses. Having used a different conveyancer some years previously, and having what I thought was the normal service, I assumed all were the same. I am pleasantly surprised this is not the case and a few are genuinely worthy of high praise. Many thanks 👍

The staff was Very helpful and polite we are very happy with the service

Switalkis have been brilliant it took five nearly six long years to finally get what I deserved was mine , sandra and her dedicated team did so much work for me , kept me upto date with every procedure , and more , they helped me through thick and thin when I was down , and kept me positive but in the end with all there hard work and compassion we got there in the end so I cannot praise them enough , thankyou all so much xxxxx

The sale of our Mum's house was handled really well with great communication throughout.

Briony was great. Very responsive.

As first time buyers, the house buying process seemed really daunting. We went with Switalskis as they were recommended to us by our new build developer. Switalskis have been extremely helpful and friendly - and also quick in their work. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone buying a house, but particularly any first time buyers!

We chose Switalskis after being recommended by our housing developer, and after doing some research online they had great reviews. Before you give any money they tell you how much you’re being quoted and majority of things are on there, and there’s no hidden fees/secrets.

Me and my partner had reserved a new build house, contacted the solicitors the day we reserved and got the process moving. We never once had to chase Switalskis, they would always come to us with information; and if we did want to get in contact they would reply within the hour (mostly within 10/15 minutes). We dealt with Harriet mostly and she was amazing and nothing was ever a bother.
We completed our whole house process from reserving to completing in only 5 weeks which would not have been possible with such good solicitors.
We thank you so much.

Briony did a excellent job for us in the sale and purchase of our house and would highly recommend

I have had a great experience with Switalskis solicitors. They have been really supportive and efficient with the sale of my house. They maintained regular contact, were very informative and always responsive. I felt reassured throughout the whole process. Their portal was also very good and easy to provide the information required. The staff I worked with (Christie and Kat) were fantastic, really professional and helpful. Thank you so much for the great service you provided. I would definitely recommend.

We have been very pleased with the efficient and reliable service that Switalskis provided. Communication was excellent throughout our conveyancing process. Stefanie Kohler and Andy Eades were a great team that kept everything on track. They were very competitive on price. We would definitely use this team and company again.

Switalskis provide us with an efficient and effective conveyancing service. They responded to queries promptly and having a direct line to the solicitor dealing with the matter was very useful, rather than being passed through an automated switchboard.

I was given a really competitive quote for leasehold managed flat. Andy answered all my emails promptly with answers to my queries, and completed quickly. All the staff very helpful.

The staff were professional and courteous at all times. They always answered my enquiries promptly. I felt that I was in safe hands when dealing with them. As this was not my experience with a previous Solicitor, this was very important to me.

Laura Furrows helped us on the help to buy loan closure. She was quick to respond and very efficient in getting the process completed for us. We would highly recommend Switalskis to friends and family.

What an absolutely amazing solicitors, we couldn't be more thankful for the hard work and dedication put in by Stefanie and her team. Stefanie's attention to detail prevented us buying an unviable property and causing further headaches down the line. After that purchase had to fall through we appointed Stefanie for a second property. Knowing our anxiety due to the first properties issues, she took extra care on the next one, keeping us informed throughout. It's one thing to do your job, it's another to do it to such a high standard and with such great client care. We would recommend them to anyone!

Sold a property whilst living overseas. The team at Switalskis were great at facilitating the process and working with my schedules and time zones etc. very professional and quality service. Updated throughout and would recommend.

Our contact Maria gave clear advice, friendly support & was always available on the phone.
A real pleasure to deal with at a stressful time.

I had a very positive experience with Switalskis during the purchase of my property. Alison and her team were professional, responsive and kept me informed throughout the transaction. They dealt efficiently with the lender’s requirements and worked hard to ensure the purchase completed successfully.

Thank you to Alison and the team for their excellent support and communication throughout the process. I would happily recommend Switalskis to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancing solicitor.
