Switalskis Solicitors Anmeldelser

Lindsay has dealt with my family previously, genuinely one of the best to get your work done in a timely manner.they are cheaper out there but you’re paying for quality, the work is done quicker than most and the communication is spot on. Always answering calls, responding to emails quick, good team to hire!

As always a great efficient service thank you

Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Solicitor listened carefully to our requests and questions.
Helpful advice given and acted upon.
Business dealt with promptly.

We approached the firm with a complicated and contentious estate and property matter that felt genuinely overwhelming, and from the outset Aleksander and Kelsey took the time to understand it properly. The advice was clear, carefully reasoned, and always explained in plain terms, which made a stressful situation far easier to navigate.

What stood out most was how they handled a genuinely contentious issue: they grasped the tricky legal details quickly and set out a firm, sensible strategy rather than getting drawn into unnecessary back-and-forth. They listened to our concerns, adjusted their approach where it mattered to us, and kept us informed at each stage.

Thanks to Aleksander and Kelsey we felt supported and in safe hands throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a similarly difficult or contentious situation.

I contacted Switalskis following the death of my stepfather regarding a complicated probate and inheritance matter. Although the matter is still ongoing, I have been very happy with the advice and support I have received so far.

Sandra Kowalska has been incredibly kind, patient and approachable. I have had a lot of questions, and she has always taken the time to explain things clearly and help me understand my options and the next steps during what has been a very stressful and unfamiliar situation.

I have also had a very positive experience with the wider team. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, helpful and professional.

I particularly appreciate the amount of time and guidance Sandra and the team gave me during the initial stages, even before I had formally instructed the firm. I was given plenty of information and support while I was still trying to understand my position and decide how best to proceed.

I have now instructed Switalskis to assist me further and, although we are still at an early stage, I am very happy with my experience so far and would happily recommend Sandra and the team.

This company gave me the best Solicitor. Rifat represented and listened to me with any judgement. She adviced me the best way she could. I am truly grateful to her.

Sarah at Switalskis was absolutely brilliant throughout my house purchase. It was a big move for me and my children and, at times, the whole process felt pretty stressful, but I always felt that Sarah understood how important it was to us and genuinely had our best interests at heart.

She was professional, efficient and incredibly patient with my many questions! Communication was clear throughout, and when things became particularly stressful towards exchange and completion, Sarah was calm, responsive and really helped get everything over the line.

Getting the keys was a huge moment for our little family, and I’m very grateful to Sarah for the part she played in getting us there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you, Sarah!

I can't speak highly enough about the conveyancing service we received from Briony Ely at Switalskis. Briony acted both for our sale and our purchase. She gave us a methodical, efficient and effective service and was on hand to discuss any legal matters we needed advice on. Briony enabled us to complete our purchase deadline with super speedy conveyancing in difficult circumstances. We would highly recommend Briony Ely for your conveyancing needs.

Laura handled our transaction in a very timely and professional manner
Everything was dealt with immediately and I would highly recommend Switalskis

Very helpful and friendly staff, communicated well thought the process

Thank you for everything you've done for us.

Poor communication from solicitor dealing with our case, when contacted they were always just about to ring us or send out a letter.

From the reception staff to the solicitor I saw were all friendly and helpful. Louise Davis was the solicitor I saw. And she made me feel at ease straight away.

Once I had made the decision to use Switalskis for my recent house sale, the whole process was professional and efficient from beginning to end. The conveyancing team assigned to my sale were very attentive and kept me updated and informed throughout, which gave me lots of confidence in their abilities. I received numerous calls and updates, all of which were much appreciated. I would recommend Switalskis for conveyancing without any hesitation.
A big shout-out to Josh, Alistair and Laura from the Wakefield branch.

Friendly staff. Very helpful.
The Solicitor I used was all of the above and explained things in layman's terms and nothing was too much trouble. Simply a breath of fresh air.
I've used them for three separate issues now and would definitely recommend their services.

We had an excellent experience with our conveyancer who was friendly and responsive.

Within 36hrs of contacting the Probate team at Switalskis Solicitors via their website, re a Settlement of Deed, Kelsey replied to us via phone. Within weeks we knew where we stood. Sandra, Kelsey & Taylor, acted quickly & professionally, they talked us through each step thoroughly before dealing with other parties involved. They put our minds at rest in what was an extremely stressful time. Our 1st time using them & it wont be our last. Highly recommend.

Briony Ely (and Laura) where amazing they made an extremely difficult sale as pain free as possible which was no small fete.
I have dealt with Switalskis numerous times and they never fail to impress with both their standard of work and prices. I would high recommend.
