I was recommended S.W.D.by a friend.As I was looking to purchase a specific new watch I contacted them to see if they could supply one.One phone call was sufficient for me to be convinced to bye from them.The watch was received in the said timescale.It was as if I had bought it in one of the high end shops but minus the big price tag.The full warranty was included also all manuals etc.I cannot fault the service received as I was kept informed by email of the progress of the sale,I would certainly recommend anyone who wishes to purchase a watch to contact them.

I had wanted an Evidenza for some time but none of the Longines agents I contacted, including the Longines shop on Oxford Street, had one in stock, and what was more, showed no enthusiasm for supplying one. I made an enquiry with SWD, and they called me back almost immediately. This gave me confidence to place an order. The watch arrived as ordered, on time and at the agreed price. Someone had even set the date and time, which was much appreciated. I am totally satisfied.

I found this company online via a search as my wife was after a Longines watch and it wasn't one that was in stock in our local shop. The experience was very good, nice discount on watch and it took possibly 25 days to arrive but this was all explained in initial contact before they agreed to take order. Regular updates along the way. Watch came completely factory plastic wrapped in the box etc. Will use again.
