When my watch (Zenith Shadow Revival) arrived, there was a small defect with one of the chrono pushers; Daniel immediately took steps to resolve the issue, and was in constant communication with me. He sent a replacement watch within a couple days.

All in all, a great and honest guy, who will give you a fair price and make sure you are taken care of!

Ich habe im Dezember 2022 bei Daniel Dagassan eine wunderschöne Zenith gekauft. Ein halbes Jahr lief die Uhr gut, dann blieb sie stehen. Ich sandte die Uhr an den Hersteller, einen Service zu machen. Ich konfrontierte Daniel Dagassan in korrektem und anständigem Ton mit der Situation. Ohne lange Worte erklärte er sich auf meinen Vorschlag hin bereit, sich an den Kosten zu beteiligen. So konnten wir ohne weitere Probleme eine nicht ganz einfache Situation zu meiner Zufriedenheit regeln. Zusammenfassend sage ich : Daniel Dagassan, in jeder Situation vertrauenswürdig, sehr korrekt, hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder eine Uhr bei ihm kaufen und ich empfehle ihn als zu hundert % weiter.

We purchased two timepieces from Glasshutte Original. Daniel was very gentle, professional and efficient. Communication, shipment was perfect, clear and fast. The wayches cames as described in top conditions with papers. And the price is very 'soft'.
