I ordered a peptide and the shipping was relatively quick. When my package arrived, the packing slip was correct but the product they sent me was the wrong one. I immediately sent them an email with a photo of the product and the packing slip and got a generic response that day. A couple days later after no response, I emailed again. I got response asking for a photo, so I sent it again. Since then (last 6 weeks) its been back and forth (1 x week average) with me emailing and them telling me they have my product and its in queue to ship. Reality is, that package is never coming and neither is my money. Whats unfortunate is a lot of the people I follow recommend them. But after this experience, I cant do the same.

I placed an order with Swiss Chems on September 18 (Order #260961) for 4 products, and not only did I pay nearly $58 in shipping fees, but I was then told the package would take 15–20 business days to arrive—with no prior notice before payment!

This is unacceptable for a modern supplement company. You charge high fees and offer ZERO express service, no tracking updates, and slow customer response. I contacted you via email and chat, only to get vague replies and excuses.

For international customers: beware of hidden delays, overcharged shipping, and no clear shipping policy on the website.

I regret ordering from you and will never recommend this brand to any client or athlete I work with. Clean up your logistics and communication!

Ordered some mk677 and had it tested, there was no mk677 in there they are selling fake and potentially dangerous products, look on their website all their testing doesn't show 3rd party results it just has their own label on it, clearly fake
