Während meines Aufenthalts in der Schweiz habe ich Swisscare stets als sehr zuverlässig erlebt. Ihre Rückmeldungen waren immer zeitnah und ausgesprochen höflich. Zudem haben alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die mir geholfen haben, meine Fragen mit großer Geduld beantwortet.

Had a great experienxe with them. Fast responses and generally top customer care. Their products are particulary useful in Switzerland as foreign student: their health insurances are way cheaper that the obligatory swiss ones, that helps you to save hundreds of CHF every year.

Very good customer service

Very efficient and always available customer service. Whether the communication is through an email or a call, the employees are kind, respectful and helpful.

Surprisingly affordable compared to other options, important to cmarify that I never submitted a claim with them, so I don’t know how good is the claims proces.

Aditionally, they are very responsive through email, which is good.

Everything is so complicated and they take no accountability when there is an issue with the insurance they assign you. The insurance they assign you makes you pay for every procedure and will try to find a way out of covering anything.
Getting on the phone with them is impossible. It is cheap and they act like it.

I had a very bad experience with Swisscare. I purchased their Schengen travel insurance because they clearly stated that the policy would be refundable if my visa application was rejected. Unfortunately, after my visa was denied, they refused to refund the insurance despite their promise.

I contacted their customer service multiple times but received no helpful response. The refund policy they advertised seems misleading, and the whole process felt very frustrating and dishonest.

I would not recommend Swisscare to anyone applying for a Schengen visa. Be very careful before purchasing their insurance.

Great experience!! Mainly in on-line support.

I was a doctoral student using Swisscare's service. I had a great experience with them. For example, whenever I have questions, I email them, and I normally get the reply within a day. Everything was clearly guided and explained. I would recommend it to international students in Switzerland.

They support me very well.
I really feel that they take care of person.
When I have some issues, they response me gently.

They sell insurance without any clarification about the person's existing documents, demanding a response from the authorities, which takes over seven months! Write on your website that before issuing a refund, you will require a written request to all existing agencies and require them to copy and provide you with the response. This is questionable; I am not obligated to give you personal information! This company is a waste of time and money! Don't buy insurance here! They even have the nerve to call you on your personal phone after I left a review and ask why I left it. I wouldn't be surprised if they are scammers!
Don’t call me again to ask my email or with who i have a conversation! Its not normal!
